We wanted to try a local restaurant away from the touristic area and we found this restaurant.
The restaurant is big and managed by the owner and her daughter.

we felt like we were eating in my grand mother house.

Its far away from where we are staying but Am sure we will comeback.

Lovely little local spot to eat, went with family. The staff were really friendly and well humoured. Would happily go again, when we visit our family next time.

It was take away so i didnt get to enjoy the space. The food was proper portuguese home cooking, made with care. The service was attentive and familiar, as if we where loyal customers for years. Really positive experience.

Good personn and a nice food. We call 3 days before to go to ask a special meal for us. It was excellent and the prices are correct in the high season. Nice spot

Restaurante muito agradável, a comida excelente e a dona do restaurante a Sra. D. Antonieta, uma simpatia de senhora. Adorei! 👏

Llegamos tarde a comer, a las 15:00 cerraban la cocina aun así nos dijeron que nos ponían el menú diario.
Pedimos el Bacalao al dorado que estaba espectacular, el mejor que he probado nunca y y atun a la brasa que se deshacía en la boca.
Todo buenísimo y la señora del pelo verde súper simpática , amable, agradable.

Irgendwie fühlt man sich wie in einer andere Zeit versetzt wenn man in der großen Halle sitzt und das ganze auf sich wirken lässt. Das Essen war lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Très bons plats faits maison avec des produits frais locaux du jour même ! Service en salle très chaleureux et sympathique !! Le personnel parle très bien français pour ceux qui ne sont pas à l'aise avec le Portugais. Les menus sont aussi traduits en plusieurs langues avec les photos des plats.
Pas mal de choix de viandes poissons et salades, et plats du jour avec des prix très abordables et variés selon les plats. Les quantités sont généreuses et savoureuses ! Les viandes et poissons grillés sont la spécialité de la maison.
Le restaurant a le gros avantage de proposer des doggy bag pour 1€, afin de pouvoir emporter ce qui n'a pas pu être terminé ! N'hésitez pas à les demander.
Vivement recommandé si vous êtes de passage dans le coin.

Ich wohne nur einige hundert Meter von diesem Restaurant entfernt und dies schon 2 Jahre. Ich bin froh es entdeckt zu haben da es ein gutes Essen anbietet, eine höflichen und hilfsbereiten Service bereithält und das Ambiente mit der der Restaurantchefin Antonietta ein perfektes Klima schafft. War jetzt zweimal da, die Preise sind normal und sonst passt es. Die Chefin spricht auch fließend französisch neben der portugiesischen Landessprache. Was sie nicht verstehen, machen sie mit Einsatz wett.
Liegt nicht direkt am Meer aber sonst ist es nahezu perfekt und sauber und SUPER freundlich und hilfsbereit. 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

Original portugiesische Küche, mit sehr persönlichen Service. Sehr große Portion und angemessene Preise. Das Ambiente ist nüchtern und freundlich.

Restaurant local en bord de route. La propriétaire est aux commandes et fait le service, très agréable, attentionnée. Plats copieux, et délicieux. Nous recommandons ce restaurant !

Comi uma barriga de atum grelhada como não comia há muito tempo.

Comida abundante y exquisita. Nos pedimos una ensalada, un bacalao dorado, y un atún encebollado. Tuvimos que dejar el atún casi entero porque el plato de bacalao y la ensalada ya eran más que suficiente para dos. Nos dejamos 35€, que es barato para el atracón de buena comida que nos metimos.

Y la camarera encantadora, y habla español. Hasta la carta estaba en español.
