I would recommend Tavira House and Home based on my personal experience with them. Sarah was more than helpful when I contacted her to help with the sale of a property and went above and beyond to solve a few problems. Although a sale wasn't possible in this instance due to a very complicated set of circumstances she was very professional and did all she could to help my situation. I am very grateful for her help and knowledge of the Portuguese law/rules and housing market and have no doubt had a sale been possible she would have made the experience an easy one

Thank you Sarah for finding our forever home in the hills, you knew exactly what we were looking for, although the villa was just coming on the market we were able to see it and fell in love straight away. If, like me, you are a little shocked at the cost of selling a property in Portugal, you may very well alter your opinion if you choose to use Tavira House and Home as your agent. Sara handled our sale, found buyers within 2 weeks. She helped us to collect and collate all necessary paperwork in addition to dealing with the buyers legal representative. Her support was so thorough, professional and friendly that we had no need for our own legal representation - saving us considerably on a similar transaction when compared to selling in the U.K.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent team to both vendors and buyers.

I carn’t recommend the service given by Sarah, Juliet and Sarah enough.
It wasn’t easy for me as I live in the Uk but they kept me informed at every stage and, when my friends weren’t able, arrived early for viewings to open the apartment up before potential buyers arrived.
All viewings appeared genuine, no time wasters and my apartment sold shortly after Covid restrictions were relaxed.

Totally recommend Sarah and the team. From the first viewing Sarah was a great source of information, so helpful when you are buying when living in the UK and have never bought property abroad. We were kept informed with proceedings and had every confidence in the process. 8 weeks from the first viewing and we have completed today. Thank you so much :-)
