I attended the life awareness retreat in October 2023. I first came across Yogalap during the lockdown and used some of the videos related to Qi Gong and breathwork as I had already established a yoga practice. I had been curious about the yogalap retreats and then in the summer this year I felt I had to attend, to help me go deeper in my own spiritual journey and inner development. That is exactly what happened the retreat helped facilitate an inner reflection by silently observing the external world. It was more than just a yoga retreat it gave me answers or rather a clarity of my true self and my role in the world. On the retreat I met some amazing people and formed a deep bond with them all in a short space of time. I left the retreat knowing I had grown as a person with reflection of the last few years of how my life has changed. I won’t even described the specifics of the retreat as I don’t want it to influence your perception, all I would say is if you have had thoughts about attending the retreat, do no hesitate just go ahead and book it as you will not be disappointed! Also a big thank you to Michaël and his team as well as all the hotel staff they made it extra special!

Thanks Michaël and Andrea for a great week of reflection, learning and connection. Thanks to my great group i feld save to feel and share. A great combination of body en spiritual awareness, nature, time alone and luxurious serounding.

I feel compelled to leave this review. Not something I do very often. I found you on YouTube and have been using the app ever since. I dove in and began to see a change in myself immediately.

I usually slip away into my daily routine but some how you always pull me back in. Seriously thinking about doing a retreat with you.

in the beginning of the year, i downloaded your app because i realized that i followed a morning routine with intensive breathwork that caused me restless thoughts and inner stress throughout the rest of the day.

Then i changed to your app with the pranayama and breathwork with the course "Breath is Life" first and then realized the GiGong postures are fitting my needs the best to have a lot of energy and focus thoughout the day! That's why i signed up for the course "Ocean of Energy", went halfway through it, and designed my own setup of morning routines.

It is just awesome how it changed my awareness since then... words are not enough to explain my gratitude!!! Thank you very much!!! 🙏😊🌈❤

Huge recommendation for this yoga retreat. Great lessons with breathing, movements and meditations. I have learned a lot and was well guided by Michaël and Andy. Sagres is a beautiful place as natur is all around you. Relaxation is guaranteed.

Ich habe im Oktober 2023 am Life Awareness Retreat von Yogalop teilgenommen und es war fantastisch. Die Teilnahme am Retreat hat mir ein lieber Freund empfohlen, wofür ich ihm sehr danke. Im Vorfeld des Retreat habe ich die 7 Day Essentials gemacht, was eine tolle Einstimmung für das Retreat war. Das Retreat selbst war eine bezaubernde spirituelle Reise zu mir selbst. Wir waren eine bunt gemischte Gruppe von 10 liebevollen Menschen aus drei Kontinenten unterschiedlichen Alters. Es war einfach für jeden was dabei. Wir hatten täglich in der Früh sowie am Abend eine 90-minütige Einheit, die aus einer Mischung aus Yoga, Breathwork, Qi Gong und Meditationen bestand. Dazwischen hatten wir eine Mischung aus Freizeit, Wandern, Surfen, feinem vegetarischem Essen sowie jeder Menge Zeit zum Austausch mit unserem GruppenkollegInnen.
Mir hat das Retreat wahnsinnig viel gebracht.
