Extremely delicious restaurant with fresh, perfectly grilled fish. Super kind and quick Staff, speaking English, Spanish and of course Portuguese :) Very reasonable prices. Go for a dessert, they're worth a bite ;) I totally recommend passing by during your Sagres visit!

Four of us ate here last night. Best dinner in 2 weeks walking the Rota Vicentina. Great fish, salad, fries and wine. Nothing fancy, but great quality, food and service.

Edit: I went here again but this time with a bigger group and they recommended us a mixed fish plate for 15 euros per person and it was amazing as well. We got lots of different fish what was a nice way to try fished out. All of us were really full so it was more than enough. The mussels were still my favorite but all of this was amazing as well.

Amazing! We went for dinner after people told us to go here. Especially the mussels were amazing. We were both amazed by the taste, to fresh and so much better than the mussels we had efore. Also the fish was really tastful and the wine was great. Service was good, all of them were really friendly! Would definitely recommend this place. 5/5

Such a great place for seafood and grilled fish. A very warm welcome by the staff, explaining the fresh fish and recommending the perfect mix.

They have a view, straight to the barbecue where the fish is cooked and in the same time you can see all the fish that are preparing. And this is a big +
The staff is friendly and they are working hard to satisfy you’re needs.
The toilets are old and the smell is bad inside them …this is the only - that I saw there

We came for amazing seafood and we got amazing seafood. Grilled sardines and grilled squid served simply seasoned with sea salt. Absolutely delicious. It got quite busy towards the end of the night and the wheel fell off in terms of service but we didn't mind this because the food was so great. Would definitely return.

The grilled fish and seafood are absolutely delicious! We had a mixed platter, potatoes and salad. Nothing was left. Grilled to perfection, especially the squid. Got to have more!

Amazing experience. Top quality food, even if you don’t like seafood there are meat options. Largatinhas are definitely a must-try option.

Completely happy :) realy good fish and bug portions. Prices are realy good, I mean the fish could be a few euros cheaper per kilo but its not so much over the top like Dorado 35 euro per kilo. We would come back, we had one squid, one sea bass and one Dorado for 33 euro and it comes with a lot of French fries and potatoes :) salad costs 1 euro.

This was a nice discovery and we all enjoyed very tasty fish and seafood prepared right away, after you point at it.
The local wine was also tasty and well-priced.
When we were there, around noon time in June we were the only tourists aside 2 small groups friendly locals

Great little place for fresh seafood! It’s a no menu stop where you walk up to the fish display of the freshest catch. Choose your fish and they grill it up for you. Very reasonable prices and nice staff. This was a great find and even better, was just a few minutes walk from our place. Will be back!

It was recommended that we MUST dine at Adega dos Acros, now we know why! AMAZING FOOD, AMAZING ATMOSPHERE, AMAZING VALUE!! truly more than a 5 Star meal

BEST SARDINES EVER! Squid and other fishes also excellent and very good value. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere that was so enjoyable we came right back the next night.

As a local, let me say why this place is amazing, and what you should take in consideration.
Why is it amazing:
1. Very fresh fish, even for local standard. You pick the one you like the most
2. Grilled as we do it, with a pinch of salt and some lemon. Served with olive oil
3. Quite cheap. With a level up on service/presentation they could charge easily 20-30% more and would still be a fair price.

What you should consider:
1. Expect a bit of chaos, call the waiter when you need something.
2. This is not a fancy place. You ask fish, then you get a fish. If you want salad, then ask a salad.
3. Go out of peak hours or be ready to wait

General comment if you're visiting from abroad: show kindness and respect to the house if you want the same to yourself

You have to eat here the fish is so fresh and tasty. The staff was very helpful. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely worth it if you are in Sagres. It's simple food done right. You walk up to the fish cooler and choose what you want from the catch of the day, and they grill it for you. There's also meat available to accommodate those who aren't fish eaters. All dishes are served with boiled potatoes or fries and a salad. Prices are silly cheap too. For two beers, half a liter of wine, more fish than we should have ate, and port to finish the bill was under 30 euro. I would certainly go again.

Amazing Restaurant. We had squid, sardines and shrimps. You choose them from the display in front of the kitchen and you pay for the weight. Total recommendation!

They also have meat on the menu if you don‘t like fish

Great food, service and nice atmosphere. If you are looking for local, fresh, authentic, good house wine and for good money, search no longer than this one. Becuase of covid, make sure you go there earlier ( for dinner around 5pm) as there starts a queue to pile up after this time
