This was a great place to eat, food excellent service very quick and such nice staff would definitely eat here again 100%

Porto Di Mare is a simple place, but with several options on the menu (fish, pasta, risotto, meat, pizza) and I can attest that the few options I tried were excellent, quality, seasoning, flavor, everything very well prepared. If you are looking for a good restaurant at a fair price in the region, this one will suit you very well. The atmosphere is small, with good and attentive service. Fair price and impeccable quality.

Absolutely amazing restaurant with incredibly welcoming and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our meal experience thoroughly enjoyable. Adapted menu items to suit our child too. We ended up going back 2 nights in a row. Highly recommend to anyone!

We arrived in Cabanas de Tavira late on a Saturday and wanted to find a place to eat.  I checked out some reviews and decided to try Porto Di Mari which is a 5 minute walk from our place.  We were greeted by Darshana who was very pleasant and gracious.   We had a salad (walnuts, apples, etc) and a pizza and the food was great!  Fresh, delicious and good value.  The place was very clean and comfortable.  I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fantastic food and friendly service at a great value!  In fact, we returned a couple of times again throughout the week.

My son and I visited here yesterday. The food: pizza and pasta was delicious, tasty and good portion size. The meals were great value for money and the service was friendly and fast. This is a great little place and should not be missed.

Great quality food and reasonably priced too. The Staff and the service are both 100% top notch.
And we could tell the owner really cared about his customers experience in the place.

We ordered grilled Sea Bass here. The fish was fresh, grilled to perfection and well seasoned, just excellent. Our hostess Darshana, also the owner of the restaurant is really nice and humble person. Thank you for the good food.

Very good food and generous portions. The seafood pasta was heavenly and the pizza better the from the local pizzeria.
A bit of a wait but very worth it.

Cabanas has a multitude of small family run cafes… some ok for a beer or coffee or wine. Porto di Mare has only one small drawback- the Music Video TV. I didn’t understand until the owners little boy came and started dancing.

The food is excellent, the prices are typical of the Algarve (reasonable), the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. We ate in as the temperatures were a little cool. But there is a comfortable outside patio with views of fishing boats, cabanas island and incredible blue skies.!

This place was a bit off the main street and delighted we found it. Option of sitting in or out. Plenty of choice on the menu. Food was well presented and very tasty. The staff were friendly and very attentive and had time for a chat. Will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Delicious diner. The chateaubriand was delicious and the pepper sauce was excellent. The fish was great and the staff understood exactly what was important to take care of guests. We will definitely come back here!

This restaurant is nothing short of fantastic. Such friendly staff, amazing food and during our short trip here we dined here twice. We had the garlic prawns and the goats cheese to start both times and the prawns in particular were some of the freshest and tastiest I have had the pleasure of eating. Special thanks to Darshana for her amazing service and when we come back to Cabanas we will undoubtably return for more amazing food. Thanks so much from Jacob and Zoe!

Lovely food made even better by amazing hosts. The female owner (cannot remember name) was lovely and made the experience all the more better. Service was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

As someone struggling with sibo, I find it quite hard to enjoy the restaurant experiences lately, let alone in another country. Darshana made it so easy to enjoy yesterday! She informed me with detail about the ingredients of every meal I asked for and was the most attentive and nice waitress we’ve encountered during our trip. Plus the food was delicious and felt good to my stomach. It feels amazing to find restaurants with more than one option for people with intolerances, the menu had so much variety and could be molded for someone like me so it really made my night <3

Impeccable service, really nice owners and really great food. Sad we only found this place on our last day. Will visit again as soon as we return.
