What a lovely place. From the rooms to the whole the complex everything is clean and well kept. The host is wonderful 👏 please go visit you will love it.

A romantic place with an amazing back yard garden to hang out, have a drink or play with the cats. We had a very nice suite (apartment) with a small kitchen. Around the corner there is a free public car park.

Auch wenn man ermüdet von einem Flug kommt, wird man erstmal durch den Garten geschleppt. Der Garten ist schön, aber vielleicht will man erst einmal nur ins Zimmer! Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und originell, mit Liebe zum Detail. Aber die technische Wartungsqualität ist lausig. Die Hälfte der Lichtschalter und die Deckenlichter funktionieren nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist so eingestellt, dass sie nach 6 min ausgeht, oder gar nicht funktioniert und die ganze Nacht blinkt. Die Türen knatschen und sind z.T. nicht freigängig und schleifen. Wenn einer Nachts aufs WC muss, weckt er alle. Überhaupt ist das Haus hellhörig. Zum Glück waren die anderen Gäste rücksichtsvoll, aber man hört alles. Alles! Von außen ist das Zimmer ruhig, da die Straße ruhig ist. Überall Verhaltenshinweise, wie man sich im Zimmer zu benehmen hat, wo der Koffer hin soll etc. Wenn man so etwas nötig hat, sollte man nicht vermieten. Positiv: Lage, geräumig, sauber, schöner Garten zur Nutzung, Kekse/Kaffee etc. als erste Überlebensration vorhanden. Viele Infos. Sehr persönlich ( für uns zu persönlich - aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache)

I booked my six days of holiday in sao miguel with maria 2 months in advance,split between bege room hostel33 and casa27 because whole period was not available. I received her confirmation on whatsapp(still have).10 day before fly, i wrote maria just to ask if someone cancelled booking on bege room so that I could stay 6 days in hostel33, she told me casa27 was sold, my days too. I coundn't believe it. i tryed to talk with her but she didnt answer so I called jose bernardo. I have his contact on the istruction for late login maria sent me. He said is not responsable for what maria do. I try again with maria but she denied at the phone. I thought maybe she did a mistake but I d like her help me to find another place for that 3 days. Surprise she write me that she cancelled my 3 days in bege room too. After that noway to communicate with her or jose bernardo. it s not my custom to write reviews but in this case just to warn people it can happen to you.

Wir hatten im Casa Victoria das Zimmer Victoria room gebucht. Als wir ankamen wurden wir erst mal in den Garten geführt da das Zimmer angeblich noch nicht fertig geputzt war. Das um 16:00 Uhr. Wir wurden in ein Apartment geführt, wobei mir auffiel dass das nicht das im Internet abgebildete Viktoria Room ganz anders aussieht. Ich fragte danach. Die Vermieterin sagte uns dass das Zimmer das im 1. Stock liegt wegen Bauarbeiten nicht zur Verfügung steht. Wir fühlten uns hintergangen, da ich das jetzige Zimmer nicht gebucht hatte. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer, befand sich im EG, in die Jahre gekommen schon abgewohnt, etwas feucht, muffig und recht dunkel da die einzigen Fenster unter dem Balkon gelegen.
Da es schon Abend war haben wir das Zimmer deshalb kurzerhand genommen und eine Nacht verbracht und dann bezahlt und gegangen.
