This small hotel is at the very center of Horta. It is clean and has reasonable prices. There is also a common kichen. Elena and Jerry are very welcoming and help the visitors to find their way. Recomended!

Perfect location, nicely decorated, quiet, special town house, nice view, manage by super hosts Elena & Jerry, who updated us with the most convenient guide informations and personalized local tips about the town and the island. Close location to the breakfast café (bakery) and restaurants (át the port ). Free car park available at the end of the street or at the port (front of guided tour office ). We really enjoyed our stay in this house.

This will be a great memory of our travel through 4 island of Azores.
In Faial we were spoiled with a Beautiful room with Pico's view. Artwork details in each space we saw are amazing: the fish race on the wall up to the stairs, the whales in the kitchen, a majestic whale on the stairs' roof, the paper boat origami, the... I don't tell you more, go to check by yourself whatelse Jerry does.
Beside the place, Elena and Jerry gave us great tips for the island, they are friendly and so nice! A pity staying there only few nights. Another big hit is the super furnished kitchen, everything you need is there. Thanks for you passion and the warm hosting!

This might be a hidden gem. There is so much thought and care that goes into this beautiful little inn, which one owner said used to be a dorm for lighthouse keepers, before two of the local lighthouses were destroyed. The decor features many charming handmade crafts, like colorful origami boats and carved driftwood whales, and your stay comes with soft towels, snacks, water, and a chocolate in your room. Everything was spotless and so, so comfortable. The only downsides might be thin walls and creaky (original wood!) floors. I loved waking up to the wind in the trees and natural light. I'm a solo female traveler and felt completely safe walking back to my room at night after drinks. Highly recommend this stay.

Meraviglioso hotel nel centro di Horta: le camere sono molto belle e curate nei minimi dettagli con letti enormi e comodissimi e bagno dotato di bidet. La struttura è molto bella e con una comoda cucina in comune. Viene offerto anche un servizio di lavanderia comodissimo! Elena e Gerry sono gentilissimi, a disposizione per qualsiasi consiglio e indicazione: ci hanno organizzato i taxi per spostarci, ci hanno dato degli ottimi consigli su ristoranti, attività e cose da fare. Gerry è un artista e trovate alcune delle sue opere in giro per la struttura: noi ci siamo innamorati delle balene e non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di portarne a casa una! Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare a Casa BuonVento!

Besonders war die Gastfreundlichkeit von Elena und Jerry. Jerry hat uns sehr ausführlich erklärt, was man in Horta und in Faial erkunden und erleben kann. Und die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pico war sehr schön und mit vielen kleinen besonderen Details versehen. Jerry ist Künstler und das sieht man im Haus und in den Zimmern. Besonders auch die Lage: 2 Minuten zu Peter Sportsbar, 5 Minuten zum Strand, 1 Minute zur Autovermietung.

Eine perfekte (zentrale) Basis um die Insel und das Meer zu erkunden.
Elena und Jerry sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Corona -Regeln werden zu 100% eingehalten. Die Zimmer sind sauber - das Internet ist sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Bars und Restaurants sind in 100m Entfernung - am Hafen - erreichbar. Es gibt im Haus eine saubere, zentrale , komplett eingerichtete Küche, die alle Bewohner nutzen können.
Wer dorthin fährt, um fernzusehen, sollte sich nach einem Hotel umsehen - wer Insel und Meer erkunden will, ist dort gut aufgehoben.

Una Guest House nel cuore di Horta, ma in una stradina tranquilla. Vicina al famoso e storico Peter Café Sport e non lontana dalla spiaggia di Porto Pim. Una antica casa, di fine '800 piena di charme, arredata e ristrutturata mantenendo il più possibile la sua anima originale, ma non escludendo confort e servizi. I gestori sempre disponibili ad aiutarvi nell'organizzazione del vostro soggiorno a Faial, con consigli e suggerimenti su ogni cosa. Un posto che di anno in anno si rinnova, un posto che vi accoglierà come se foste a casa.

Des propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. La maison est propre et semble avoir été rénovée récemment. Des chambres individuelles avec salle de bains et cuisine communes. Le wifi est de bonne qualité. L'établissement est bien situé dans le centre ville, avec des restaurants a proximité. Pour se stationner, il y des places en haut de la rue mais sachant que la rue est étroite et en montée, il est parfois plus pratique (notamment si on conduit un break) de se stationner sur le parking du port de plaisance, juste devant la police maritime. Inversement, la rue est tranquille avec peu de passage. J'ai apprécié cet établissement que je recommande

Elena und Jerry sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Casa ist spitzenmässig gelegen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche steht zur Verfügung. Sehr zu empfehlen.
