Victor and Marisa are amazing hosts and I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sao Miguel. It's conveniently located near the airport and Ponta Delgada conveniences, but a very short drive anywhere on the island. Furnishings are comfortable and Victor is always available to help. A+ hospitality.

Comodidade e simpatia.

Despite very well location and equipment, we’ve been extremely dissatisfied with communication with Victor.

At the beginning everything was nice, together with his wife they’ve met us, showed the apartment and explained all the things.
We’ve been traveling in April 2019 with a small baby(1.5 y.o.) and to make all the accessories in the apartment safe, we’ve put them on the top. Before doing this we’ve asked Victor and his wife if it’s okay to do that.
During the stay Victor replied fast, so communication seemed to be open and okay for both sides.
After leaving we’ve received a very nasty feedback about mess in the apartment where Victor couldn’t stop himself from teaching us how to raise our boy. Sad.

To make a long story short:
Be careful, communication can end up unexpectedly, be aware of potentially receiving "knife in the back".
