Latente specialty coffee

If you love speciality coffee, this is the place to be. The ambiance is great and the owner is very passionate about coffee. They experiment with different coffees and make new products too like a Halloween blend - with orange, and a coffee liquor- which tasted heavenly.
The food options are very limited, probably a pastry or a tart, but they specialize in coffee. We were here for 40 mins discussing coffee and the owner was kind enough to let us taste some of the new beans they were working on. Definitely worth a visit.

Incredible coffee, possibly the best we’ve had in South America. The secret? Well the beans are perfectly roasted, but they actually use fresh milk delivered daily from a nearby farm. This is the first place I’ve found in South America in five months that uses fresh milk for their coffees and it really makes a difference. The staff are super friendly and gave us lots of advice, as well as sharing some delicious filtered coffee with us. Would highly recommend.

Incredible coffee (and delicious cake) in a beautiful little cafe just a couple of minutes from the main square. Definitely worth a visit if you are craving proper coffee! They also take card payments with no fee which is a nice bonus.

We stumbled upon this place after an unplanned night in Ollantaytambo. It is the best coffee we have had in Peru so far!
I had pour over, espresso and flat white. All absolutely incredible! The milk is raw locally grown milk. The coffee is also locally grown processed and roasted.
Andre was the most incredible barista. His knowledge, skill and personality made our experience.
We sat at the bar and he showed us through the recipe and method he used for our coffees.
To top all of this the cafe is located in a beautiful building and decor is absolutely beautiful!
Really loved it! It’s a must if you love coffee.
Oh, and food was also delicious! Cannot fault this place.

This place has the best coffee in this town. Its a really small place, that specialized in coffee. The desine is beautiful, The only modern place we could find here. Delicios coffee. We had a great time.

The coffee was absolutely delicious, and I loved the avocado toast. The staff was friendly, and I loved the music. The only downside was limited seating made if difficult to eat there.

Some people say this is the best cafe in ollantaytambo but I’ll make a point it’s actually the best in Peru! I tried two of their pour over coffee and both were extremely interesting. They use very high quality beans that most cafes don’t spend their money on. The barista is also very friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. I do recommend the owner hire a helping hand for him since he is really busy working alone:-)

Highly rate this spot just off the main plaza in Olantaytambo. Really nice atmosphere and decor, love the coffee cups. The staff are very knowledgeable about the local coffee they serve.

Fantastic coffee made with fresh milk from a nearby farm again. Staff were very enthusiastic in explaining the origin of the coffee beans/milk. Sit on the second floor where you’ll be able to sip your coffee with a view of Incan ruins!

Andre served us and is clearly very technical and knowledgeable about coffee. He was also generous to share his knowledge as well as let us try speciality beans, and gets along well with customers .

My only constructive feedback is that there should be at least two baristas as it might get difficult when there are many customers!

Amazing coffee shop with a chic vibe! As good as the coffee you can find in Australia with talented barista's who are coffee experts.

Both the coffee and the cake we had were the best we‘ve had in a long time. The shop was beautifully designed in a minimalistic style blending in with and highlighting the natural surroundings.
