Cafe Del Abuelo $ Ollantaytambo

A very nice cafe spot to soak in the beautiful view of Ollantaytumbo ruinas. Reasonable prices and good eats with your cafe or tea. The service is very friendly. The upstairs room is spacious and balcony has several small chairs to appreciate the amazing view.

Aydme and Yesenia made the best Ristretto and ice cream and their service was outstanding. I'd recommend it to everyone.

I don't write reviews very often but our stay at this wonderful little hotel deserves credit for making our time in Ollytantambo so enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, including providing milk for our toddler in the evenings. Their recommendations for restaurants were spot on so all the good we ate was delicious. Breakfast was just the perfect amount and tasted fresh. The room was the perfect size for the three of us and was extremely clean. But above all it is the staff that makes this hotel feel like home for a few days. They even presented a small gift as it was my birthday. I have traveled all over the world, stayed in many places of all different calibers, but this is a hotel I would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellent coffee each and every day we were in Ollantaytambo. We needed REAL coffee to start the day and found it at El Abuelo. Jose, the owner, is a great barista and very accommodating! Jose’s wife makes a super apple cobbler, in addition to a wide offering of tempting pastries and a wide selection of dishes. El Abuelo is family operated with pride and great care!

Good pastries, and pisco sours... You should also give the tequeños a try.

The staff is nice. They provide good suggestions to have you experience new tastes.

We had a purple corn pisco sour and a Muña one.

Llegamos a este restaurante despues de estar todo el día sin almorzar. No nos decepcionaron, la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes.

Ottimi gli alfajores de maicena, e il caffé non é neanche male. Forse la miglior panaderia del villaggio. Buona wifi e staff molto gentile.

Después de todo un recorrido por la Cuidad Inka Viviente y si se siente el frio o simplemente desa tomar una pausa entonces totalmente recomendado El Cafe Del Abuelo . El un lugar tranquilo , con una carta variada . Se siente como en casa .

El café queda en un 2do piso y tiene balcones, es muy tranquilo el Moka delicioso y la ensalada grande
