No complaints - exactly what you would expect. Excellent location around the museums and walkable downtown. Small rooms but tidy. Super warming and helpful staff. Much more affordable than nearby options. Would stay again.

Lovely tidy and clean rooms, quaint building. The staff were wonderful, so welcoming every time you came through the door, always happy to help. On check out we were giving a small gift which was a great additional touch. Perfect location, overall would say this is fantastic for a semi budget hotel (it can be pricey but totally worth it!) in central Amsterdam. Will 100% be back to stay again on my next visit. Thank you.

My friend and I have just returned from a city break in Amsterdam, staying at the Leonardo hotel.
Throughout our stay all the staff were approachable, friendly and had the willingness to help if required.
We were really impressed with the location, we were able to walk to the majority of attractions that were on our list. There was plenty to see and do, food and drink vendors were readily available surrounding the hotel.
We are hoping to return to Amsterdam in the near future and will definitely be looking to book rooms at the Leonardo again.

I like this hotel very much! The location is great! Very convenient to get from the airport on the 397 bus! All the sights and museums are within walking distance! The bed is very comfortable, there is a kettle and a small selection of tea. Very happy that there is a small fridge.
Check in and check out is a matter of a couple of minutes.

Cleaning is once every four days and I understand and accept that-))))
But unfortunately they clean very badly, the floor is always dirty-(((

A lovely place to stay, close to Amsterdam center, the rooms are super clean and also the breakfast was amazing.

Besides, the staff were super nice and always helping if I had a question.

They have good service and nice view. I experienced the best time with my husband while staying in Leonardo Hotel. The rooms are , very Comfortable , the staff are all amazing. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus.

I don't know how to start my review bc this hotel impressed me from check in to check out. The location was amazing, right beside the best museums, Rijks, Van Gogh & MOCO, stores, and bars. The room was quiet, and very comfortable, great amenities, amazing views to the water and Rijks side. My check out was early morning, so they prepared me a breakfast "to go". How nice is this? I will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time in Leidseplein. Hotel Lronardo is in an excellent location. Rooms were clean, excellent shower Clean towels on request. Didnt stay in hotel for breakfast but would definitely stay in this hotel again. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

We were satisfied with our choice. Hotel is located in a beautiful quiet street with a nice view and also was in the center of the city with an easy walk to everything specially the tourist spots. We also had our own comfy bathroom which is really good. Perfect room service where the staff was very nice and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We could also easily manage the heat in the room. We appreciated electric kettle in the room for preparing tea anytime.

Didn't think the "luxury deluxe room" was very luxury, but on the whole the hotel was clean, staff were really friendly and it is in a great location. Walking distance to the nearest tram location and the city centre.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. The comfort of the hotel wass unmatched. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was plush and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room's amenities were also impressive, with a minibar, coffee maker, and high-quality toiletries provided for my convenience. All staff are very accommodating as well. Looking forward to my next stay!

Another great experience at a hotel. We had a good time. The room is bigger then usual hotels. The pool is awesome, my family loved it! Great service was provided and the hotel's staff are courteous, pleasant, and accommodating. The staff was extremely helpful and all requests were taken care of promptly and always with a smile. Housekeeping was excellent.

I stayed with my familly between 13-15th of Nov. The room was big enough for 3 person. It is very close to Museumplein and you can walk to Dam Square in 15 minutes. Personal was very kind. After check out you can leave your baggage free of charge. When we were leaving they give a little gift to my doughter. You can If I come to Amsterdam again, the place I will definitely stay at Leonardo Hotel. Thanks for everything.

Anna de Boer deserves 10 stars for her outstanding service to this very nice boutique hotel. Not only is she attentive to her visitors needs , she creates a happy feel amongst the staff and that makes everyone happy to be there . She is perfectly suited to go far in the hospitality industry ! Anna made sure that my second visit to the hotel was memorable, leaving a feeling of I cannot wait to be back!
She really went out of her way to make sure my room was just perfect ! Well done Anna !
