Vondelpark

Pretty park in Amsterdam near the museum quarter with lakes, bridges and a café. The park is very nice and open space is limited in central Amsterdam so the park is very popular. Many joggers and cyclists.

Large park in the city centre, had a circular route to walk/run or cycle round. Perfect for spending a few hours relaxing if you want to get away from the huddle of the city. Like everywhere in Amsterdam it can get busy with cyclists.

Amazing park despite it was raining it is so beautiful 😍 it seems a fairytale park with breathtaking landscapes due to especially trees in autumn 🍁🤩😍 the only thing is that there should be public toilets like there are in Hyde Park in London, besides that fabulous park 🫶🏻🤩😍🇳🇱

It was a memorable ✨ park where I was able to do my run 🏃‍♀ in there. Open since early in the morning, huge location with many trails.

Nice City Park not far from the city center.
We stayed in a hotel nearby so I went on a morning run. The lanes around the park are white and and the course is flat. From the northern entrance gate around all the park and back it is about 5 km.
Many areas for picnic and a small playground.

Nice city park that offers some refuge from the concrete jungle. Great for walks, photography and just creating your thoughts.

Amazing park. It’s a must visit in Amsterdam. There was a lot of dogs and all well behaved. You can walk but I think it might be worth to rent a bike. It’s a big park

Great park, always crowded on sunny days. Perfect for small parties, chilling alone or with friends, walking your dog, exercising.
There is always some maintenance or improvements happening and they also have some voluntary community groups and projects helping to keep the park in good condition ☺

A massive park nestled in the heart of Amsterdam, with excellent access to public transportation, visiting this park was a no-brainer for me. Many people were simply chilling out here, cycling through the park. Overall, it's an awesome place to soak in the greenery of the city.

Very beautiful park, especially if you like birds or bird watching. The bodies of water in this park contain many beautiful waterfowl. There are beautiful geese, ducks, coots, herons, crows, and magpies here. As an American, many of the species present here (especially the geese and magpies) were something of a novelty. There is also a lovely rose garden within the park with a variety of different-colored roses.

A beautiful park really big there’s lots to see and some lovely areas to sit and escape the city noise for a while.

It’s very clean and you feel very save there

Vondelpark is a great park for nearly any itinerary...whether you're looking to just walk through parts of it to enjoy some green space, or to spend the entire day taking in the various areas throughout the large park. We happened to be there on a day when there was a concert - which was great. We stayed for a few drinks and listened to some good music, then enjoyed the rose garden and just wandering around, taking in nature. It's a lively park with bike and walking trails, and is just a great space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. If you're in Amsterdam and have some free time - you won't be disappointed spending some of it here.

It has a beautiful lake and tons of places to sit by. You can even use the parks to take the sun bath. You'll find many meetups, curricular activities, games happening around.

You're just going to love the views in the park.

massive park with great sceneries and ideal place to cycle

Vondelpark in Amsterdam is a cute park in the city. It is full of ducks 🦆 and you can breathe a lot of O2 oxygen secreted by the beautiful trees that settle in the place for many years now. An excellent park to go with a guitar to enjoy the healing power of music therapy, to chill out with your girlfriend, or even to drink good beers with random people and make some friends. For tourists there is also the big Iamsterdam sign so you can immortalize the spot by publishing an Instagram picture with that sign on your, full of followers, account. For real people, just a guitar, few beers and the ducks can be refreshing

One of the most beautiful parks in the world. This park puts "Central Park" in New York, to shame. The flowers in the springtime and fall are breathtaking. It will take you a while to walk the entire park, as it's so huge. Busters on the benches, people just sunbathing, and a good amount of wildlife as well. I recommend bringing a blanket and maybe something to eat, so you can take your time and just soak in the nature. A wonderful and magical place.

Beautiful park. Slightly disappointed with the rose gardens. Expected them to be a lot better. But the grounds of the park are beautiful to walk around. Lovely spot to relax in the sunshine. Portaloo toilets. Places to get snacks and drinks
