Wait time wasn’t bad. Pretty helpful staff. Purchase the new iPhone 15 pro max here due to the international sim editions . Prices are more here than the us. Vat refunds for international buyers is a must

I am pretty sure that Apple Amsterdam is one of the most comprehensive stores of Apple across Europe.
Fantastic historical building. Openness architecture.
You can have also technical service in the second floor.
Better you book an appointment prior to your arrival.
However the sales team are very friendly, efficient and ready to support.
Fully automated.
For Tax free (about 11%) you should bring your passport or (electronic copy will do). They will make it in no time.

Great customer service, they are very thorough and we got cost-saving advice after one of our iPads became defective outside warranty. Beautiful things everywhere and I think/hope the workshops are taking off.

If you outside of the rush hours, it is a great experience. The building has two floors and the staff very friendly. I bought a phone and the person was very fun, we spoke about our abroad experiences and how to live in a different country than yours.

It’s an Apple Store… always a great place to visit

The service of Apple is really flawless. They have regular workshops on how to use your Apple devices. We joined a session about making videos and filming with iPhone. The session was about 2 hours. You have the chance to borrow the latest model of iPhone and make some videos outside on the street for more than one hour. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

A shopping experience that only "Apple" can probably provide.
From the moment you enter the store until you stop at the restroom on the way out (by the way, the restrooms are spacious and incredibly clean), at Apple they make sure you feel like a VIP customer.
Personal, professional and courteous service that allows you to maximize your stay in the store and make shopping an enjoyable experience.

It can get busy and you might wait awhile for help but overall they got a a wide variety of stock and hey if you need to relax and just charge your phone grab a seat.

I had an issue with my newly bought Mac. I went there and was helped by a very friendly guy, the process of reinstalling it etc took long, I’m glad he fixed it for me. People there really like their job! Awesome

As always, apple never fails to amuse you. Yet another store with a fantastic outlook. Service was brilliant and the location was also easily accessible through tram, bus and car. Lovely building and is a must visit if you go to the city.

A very well run Apple Store. Love the modern vibe set in an older heritage building. The circular glass staircase is very cool.
