When I went it was crowded, but the space was enough to accommodate for the large crowd. However the options in the chilly “ready to eat” area are quite limited than your usual FM, seems like they’re not restocking their shelves efficiently enough

Nowadays the ice cream they give so little u can see the bottom of the cup 🙄

Small range of FamilyMart products and strategic location in the Ferringhi Walk complex close by major hotels. The service was very slow, we had to queue for 20 minutes to check out some small items through the Oden counter as staff closed the express register lane.

The branch manager might have to be more efficient in terms of stock filled up and the cleanliness of entire store's environment as having toilet in the shop. Hope the business is getting better along with the management capability.

nowaday always heard from family mart staff “ we can do for u ，but u hv to wait for very long ” is me that too sensitive ？i feel that the staff are hinting me like “pls go，dun come and buy” is that what u wish me not to come？so sorry for keeping u busy then .

The family mart itself is clean, the staffs are friendly and professional. I have nothing to complain about the store. However, you have to pay RM5 parking fee to Ferringhi Walk if you are driving which is ridiculous.
To the Ferringhi Walk Management, think of the residents there where we just want to grab a quick bite at FamilyMart but we have to pay for the expensive parking fee. You made the convenience store not convenient at all.

Staff Very very rude attitude! Bad bad bad service!! How come the management didn't train your staff properly? Visit more than 3 times and always saying ' kena tunggu lama tahu' are u forcing customer stoped buying?
And how come family mart can place their microwave beside the rubbish bin? Hygiene??

the staff is rude.. not friendly, i buy 2 cups of ramen, the chubby female staff asked me to open the cup myself with rude tone, why cant she ask nicely, instead making face like dont have mood.. if i can put the hot water by myself i will do it, but the hot water was inside the counter.. how can i go, only ur staf can do it...she need to have a common sense.. dont be stupid& rude.. btw, family mart need to put the hot water at a place where customers can easily reach & do it by ourself.. tq.

Went to Family Mart at Batu Feringghi. We selected some bread rolls, creme puffs, drinks and some mints to purchase. There is supposed to be a separate counter for those not buying from the Japanese food counter. But the person at tje cashier directed us to go to the same Japenese food counter where there were about 10 others queueing. This means we have to wait for peoole to select, mix and cook their items. Imagine how long this takes! This is my second experience like this at Family Mart. The first happens frequently at their Ampang Point outlet in Selangor. It appears they dont care about customer waiting times. I probably will avoid visiting a Family Mart because of this - which is a pity because they do have some nice bread items that I like.
