Good service by the staff at here. Last time when i bought phone here the phone tempered glass having a problem with the case but one of the staff here adjust the tempered glass until it perfectly fit with the case. Kudos to the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The worst UR I have ever been. Waited for almost 1 hour plus just for the guy there to say he haven’t change the store location in his account, then after went to take his card which was in the car, then said cannot do, requested another guy to do, then said his card also in the card, need to go and take 😢

Next time just write there “we don’t know what we are doing, please don’t ask us anything and don’t buy here, this shop is only for browsing” 🤔

The best is still the gurney plaza one, I bought iPhone in matter of 15 to 20mins there. So fast and so efficient

2 weeks ago, i went to buy a phone and the customer service was so bad if compared to the previous parent company outlet. There was a Chinese guy who can't even understand and answer my simple enquiry which i ask about the storage capacity of a particular Samsung device and comparison between a same brand device and the staff didn't even understand what am i asking. I thought language was a barrier and i tried using malay languange and unfortunately he can't understand what am i looking for. I walk off without buying anything .Such a disappointment when the workers can't even understand customers demand. Maybe la,the person who has interviewed him and gave him a job atleast must know CHINESE IS NOT THE ONLY SPOKEN LANGUANGE. Really won't recommend this outlet😔

Really not recommended 👎🏻 because the chinese staff don’t even know how to speak in malay and don’t even understand what i am talking about. Please this is Malaysia if cannot speak malay then english but also same he didn’t understand english, so am i supposed to learn chinese just for him???? am i living in china right now????
