Not sure why such bad reviews maybe due to difference in experience. This 7-eleven is extremely close to my workplace & my go to place to get quick bites, ice cream or even light breakfast and not to forget my daily coffee when I feel like buying outside.

The Malay sister working there never failed to greet me with a smile each time I go there. And no complaints on the items sold there either. In terms of customer service probably can improve further especially the foreign workers.

Overall its a nice 7-eleven with variety of things/ items. Since its also a main tourist spot/ attraction there good if they can further renovate/ elevate its interior & service.

Just okay, considering it is located at a quite strategic area facing Padang Kota Lama/Esplanade. Can just buy some snacks and drinks, then hangout across the road at the Espalanade. The store is quite small and narrow though, can’t accomodate much people at one time.

作为一个顾客，我希望在便利店购物时能够得到良好的服务和体验。然而，昨天的经历让我感到非常沮丧和不满。我相信，您的店铺可以做得更好，提供更好的服务。
