I was trying to buy and install an air conditioner for my rental property and my friend recommended this shop to me. I actually googled this shop previously and was surprised that it is the same shop recommended by my friend. Anyway, Mr Jay attended to me remotely and we managed to communicate through Whatsapp and phone call. To my amazement, everything was a breeze and the air conditioner was installed properly without any problems. My tenant was satisfied and I am also happy. Mr.Jay is amazing at his job. He takes his time to explain to us the functionalities, the pros n cons. We truly appreciated the fact that he was super honest. I don’t think many people that want to sell their stuff will be honest about the item’s cons but Jay was super transparent about it. We went in on a Thursday night surveying for cordless vacuum cleaners and he gave his suggestions based on our needs and budget. Then, we left. Today, we went back again but Jay was busy at that point of time but when his staff told him that we are waiting, Jay sent the staff back down with the vacuum cleaner that we considered getting on Thursday (was surprised he remembered us without even seeing us) but then we said we have increased budget n waited for him. Once he was done he came over n did his explanation for another version of the vacuum cleaner. At some point eve I felt bad asking so many questions but Jay was very patient and calm from the start to the end and even fixed it up and brought it to our car for us. All in all I would like to say Salesmen/ Managers like Jay definitely make the company and its customers very happy! Keep up the good work Jay! Thank you so much!!

While looking for fridge, we are lucky to meet Mr. Jay from Best Point Bukit Mertajam Branch. Not only he can explain product features by brands and models, he gave us good advice as per our reference and usage by comparing each of them patiently.
With limited space, he also helped us to measure the size of fridge so that it can fit in.
Mr. Jay made the arrangement and within hours, we are able to replace our old fridge as it is already out of service.

I like to commend Jay for his exceptional customer oriented service.
6 months back, I was having the thought to replace the 11 years old LG LCD TV to a latest version, which have access to various applications incl YouTube.
Instead of going with what the customer wants, he strike a casual conversation to find out the actual customer need. Knowing that most of the times, my elderly father is the one who watch the TV and only need to have access to few channels, while the children/grandchildren only access to YouTube and other appl during weekends. Hence, he has provided me with extremely valuable advice on my need. However, at the end, my father prefer to stay with his current TV set, which is still working fine.
Yesterday, 6 months after the 1st visit, the existing TV set starts to give signs of time is up, happened to drive past Best Point at Taman Mas near St Anne Church and we decided to go to Best Point to check out for new TV. Specifically asked for Jay, he was extremely helpful and responsive despite we ended up did not buy the last time.
We bought the TV this time going by Jay’s recommendation and with his help, the new TV was delivered in the next morning.
