I just collected my car today, would like to fully express my appreciation to my SA Mr Low on his super excellent service and customer focused. Mr Low very patient to explain my concerns and also all the necessary information that I needed to know. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Working with him has made me purchase a car in very smooth process and great experience. Even my old car trade in process, he also helped me dealing on it as well. Thanks Mr Low.

Don’t normally post review but this 4S center is the best I have been. Done my service, problem fixed and the Mechanic came to explain what went wrong and we went for test drive to ensure it’s really fixed before return my car. Definitely will be my go too service center for my proton, highly recommended.

Very good service, fixed my x50 sunroof rattling sound within 2 days while other SC cant solve the issue for 2 weeks.

He is very fast and customer service oriented in attending to all customers quickly, solving their issues and very enthusiastic person. He is the main reason I feel happy and comfortable to come service my car at the Proton Platinum service center and share the problems faced in my car as he is very patient in listening to the problems I faced.
