Beautiful temple which attracted a lots foreigner. Workers are friendly, place is clean and peaceful. One of the most visited landmark in Langkawi.

Arrived early so there weren't many people. The most representative landmark of the Chinese people in Langkawi, you can also see the highest mountain in Langkawi. Since I only came here to visit and pray, I left shortly after staying.

Beautifully located standing majestic between Langkawi mountain, here stands the protector sea goddess, Goddess of Mazu. There are The Goddess of Mercy and other beautiful deities too. Kind temple caretakers guiding us to pray 🙏. Beautiful memories to found another Thean Hou temple in Langkawi beside the Thean Hou temple at KL. May Thean Hou Temple stands strong beautifully here for a lifetime. Do come for a visit and pray 🙏 do offer them some contribution to upkeep the beautiful temple.

I came at 8 pm but the officer with open arm welcoming me to see around. The place is clean and peace and beautiful.
It is quite small but the atmosphere is so relaxing.
A nice place to visit to. There is 1 main hall and several small 'house' for praying.
The stone sculpture is astonishing.

This place is huge and have many statue, you can find almost any kind of buddhist statue here, and even I think you can buy it since they have price tag on them. Parking lot is easy and the people there is so kind

Brand new temple .its really nice place. Near of wild life animal park and bird paradise . When I visit here I really miss my country Nepal. Love it 😘

Perharps the first taoist temple with ancient chinese architecture, this newly build Thean Hou Temple stands tall as one of the most magnificient building in Langkawi. Lifelike sculptures and detail drawings, definitely a place to stop by. No entry fees required.
