Langkawi Sky Bridge

Amazing place to see the island and the wilderness! Get there early! We arrived at 9:15 and bought our tickets ensuring we were heading up with no wait time and a private gondola with no need to pay for a VIP private one. When we got back to the bottom at 10:30-45 the queue was INSANE with likely a 3-4 hour wait! Plan ahead 😀

Beautiful views from this ginormous curved bridge. It’s a bit unsettling that it’s built in such a beautiful area, but at the same time I’m glad it exists and makes this beauty accessible to everyone who wants to visit. Seems well maintained. Staff is friendly. Be aware that the steps to get here are steep. Going there is easier since it’s steps down, but going back to the cable car is equal to hell, since you need to go up all the steep stairs again. Can take a lift, but it costs extra and waiting times are exorbitantly long.

It was a very good experience to be here. There are 2 ways to get here either you bought the ticket with a hill lift or a normal ticket. For senior citizens it is better not to take a hike trail to this place. The view from the bridge was superb. You can feel the bridge a bit swinging while walking on it.

We purchased tickets online - same price as in-person, but way more convenient.

Note, there are areas with a bit of walking to get up and down to lookouts, so be prepared to sweat a little.

The skybridge is phenomenal, and very high up so if you have fear of heights, you might want to sit this one out.

One of the most amazing cable car experiences in the world.

One of the touristy things to do on the island but it didn’t disappoint… well organised, short waiting time, and fantastic views from the top :) as is the well constructed bridge; glad I checked it out… you also get entry to the 3D art museum and some other things in the oriental village with the same ticket - we checked out the 3D art museum and it was quite enjoyable - nicer to have someone with you to take photos ;)

Definitely worth visiting the Sky bridge while in Langkawi. What I would recommend, is getting the express ticket to really enjoy the experience. Otherwise you might get stuck for 30 - 60 min in a lane to go up (two stations, two separate queues) and same while returning back. Not very cool in 32 degrees heat...The 40 MYR is totally worth the no stress experience!

If you want to avoid the crowds and you’re not an early bird, you can go at 16h. It’s plenty of time to buy the ticket (there were almost no queues), do the cable car, nature trail and sky bridge in a relaxed manner, taking time to stop and take photos, etc. We did all of that in more or less 2 hours. There were so few people going up at that time, we had an entire gondola all to ourselves.

A place from a height where you can see the ocean and the jungle. The beautiful sky bridge is a miracle of architectural creation. Special thanks to the staff at the foot, we had some difficulties, but the staff quickly solved the problem and quickly let us through the queue. Downstairs, unfortunately, many shops and cafes have closed.

It is about the joy of fresh air and beautiful scenery. The scenery is breathtaking and the brilliant score adds to the beauty of the film.

Head for the hills for a breath of air in spectacular scenery before the peak season begins.

It's very impressive. Either if you go up by trekking or by the cabin. We had a very nice morning there. My recommendation is to arrive early (9 to 9.30am) to be the first at the bridge and get some nice pictures.

Went early and avoided the crowds. Great experience and views of Langkawi. Ice cream at the top was very nice. Walk up the steps from the sky bridge a warm experience, but worthwhile to see the monkeys. Enjoyed by my wife who doesn't really like heights. A must-do visit whilst on the Island.

Worth a visit. No need to book tours to come here - just get a cab or Grab for a more leisurely paced tour. Once up the mountain, opt for the Nature-walk version of SkyBridge (stair climbing required) to see the monkeys

It is a must visit destination in the paradise of langkawi. The view at the top of the bridge is breathtaking. It is a mesmerizing journey to the bridge via cable car. It is the longest curved bridge hanging by a single pillar. The bridge will be closed when the wind is high in the upper area.

The view from this place is truly breathtaking, and the creation of this location is truly impressive. It is definitely a must-visit destination for anyone looking to be awestruck by nature's beauty and human ingenuity. Don't miss out on this amazing experience! Don’t visit on Friday if you want to avoid waiting.

No words to explain. One of my favourite place. No doubt that everyone like very much. This is an unbelievable experience in life. This situated top of mountain. Go through Cable car, then go to another small lift type one equipment. What a beautiful place. Visitors of Langawi, no one miss.

Fabulous experience and stunning views. A must do activity in Langkawi. There are some steps so ask for mobility assistance if required. The SkyGlide was nice but the queue is long and slow as there is only one cabin, if you can take the nature trail.

We went on Wednesday, November 1st. It was off-season, and there wasn't really any waiting to speak of from where the cable car rides began.
The cable car ride itself has a breathtaking view of the incredibly green, lush landscape in Langkawi. The ascent up the mountain is fairly steep, but it provides an amazing 360° view of the area that I recommend if you have the time to take the climb all the way up to the top.
We paid a little extra for an open air car with a glass bottom for a more immersive experience. Those particular cars are not as prevalent as the regular cars, so there was a little more waiting involved.
Overall, I'd say it's a great way to see the local landscape and easily worth the time and effort involved.

Crazy experience..
It is well worth the money spent.

There are multiple restaurants and shops on the way to the ticket counter. Get your tickets and enjoy the immersive experience of the cable car to the bridge and back for about 100 ringgit. This does not include the 3D museum charges and other attractions, which I feel is fine to skip if you do not want to spend much time. The bridge offers mesmerizing views and good for photography sessions.

Remember that closing time is around 6 PM so better go early and enjoy.

The best view on Langkawi is from the top of the mountain. The sky bridge is a great spot for sightseeing. Watch out for monkeys who can quickly steal your ice cream or other items.

No one can believe such as structure could exist without visiting it. We loved it. We didn't have to wait much in queue for ticket and skyglide. It was a fun experience on 8th day of our arrival in Malaysia.
