Temurun Waterfall

Wow. The higher you walk up, the better it gets. My gosh, the steps don't end, but with a personal challenge, you can make it, saw kids and slightly older people on level 4 and above. The views are breathtaking. The stones are very slippery, get appropriate footwear.

Temurun Waterfall is a beautiful hideout in Langkawi that's totally worth the visit. Getting there is a bit of an adventure, through this super green jungle that feels like something out of a movie.

Now, when you reach the waterfall, it's like stepping into a whole new world. The water splashing down is just pure awesome, and there's this chill pool at the bottom that's screaming for a swim. The bonus? Stone Skull beach is right across the road, and when I went, it was like my private slice of paradise – no crowds, just me and the beach.

So, imagine this: splashing around in the waterfall, then strolling over to a quiet beach – that was my day. Temurun Waterfall and Stone Skull beach combo is a winner in my book. If you're up for a cool day out in nature, this is your spot.

This place has a dirty terrible bathroom. However, if you discount that it's an amazing place to visit. The waterfall is gorgeous and it's the biggest one on Langkawi at 39 meters.

Go to the top and enjoy swimming in the crystal clear water. Absolutely a must visit in Langkawi. Bring food and towels. It's much cooler than the water in the ocean so be prepared.

One of the most beautiful waterfalls, crystal clear , blue fresh water. Easily accessible. If you happen to visit this place, dont leave any trash here.

Beautiful place with huge waterfull where you can swim as well.. you can hide yourself in the forest during afternoon when the temperature is so high..

A hidden gem at Datai area. Recommend to come here after raining day. The water is crystal greenish blue. Look upward and the waterfall looks like a big sheer curtain in a jungle. I love the feel of water sprinkle at my face. Both tiers are amazing. I prefer to ride than drive here. 15-20 minutes from the main road.

Among my favourite Waterfall in langkawi. From parking walk around 15min. Majestic view. Not recommended during dry season. Best during raining season as the water will be clear, cold, clean.

So breathtaking, the entrance is free but be careful the water is quite deep but worth it for photographers.

It`s the prettiest waterfall I hv seen. It is only 5 min walk away from the entrance. Totally worth the time . I feel like I went to a heaven in the woods .

Very nice kind of hidden spot. It was not very busy when we went, there were around 5 other people with us. Go in the early morning to have the waterfalls for yourself. Also the road which leads there is quite nice by scooter.

Definitely worth a visit. We did not have any plans when we arrived here.

The Temurun Waterfall will open on rainy season & no heavy rain. Really near the road & beach. Free parking. Good facilities. Nice view.

Super good flow a day after a day of rain. Light monkey groups and minimal trash. Free an a very short walk.

Absolutely beautiful. A must-visit if you're in Langkawi. My recommendation is to go either after or during light rain.

Nice waterfall on Langkawi. Only a short walk from the parking area. The way is slippery when wet and a bit broken down. I guess in raining season this waterfall is very impressive

Absolutely worth the visit. Climb the second set of stairs to swim. It's a short climb.

Some friend monkeys are at this waterfall, don't be scared they usually friendly. Enough space to relex, also some asian style "huts" and benches for having a break.

The waterfall is not so special... But worth seeing, pack your stuff for a picnic and enjoy time here.

Gorgeous waterfall... I arrived early (8:30am) and it was empty.

The steps headed to the top part is blocked by some rubble and there were rubbish here and there. Apart from that highly recommended.

Nice sized swimming hole beneath a magnificent waterfall - bring your swimsuit!
