Awesome experience. The geological beauty of the place will remind you to the Greatness of the God. It's such a beautiful and scenic place. It's very different with other places in Malaysia. We had our boat ride near sunset, it was a very serene ride.

Cove exploration, eagle feeding, visit floating restaurant and fish cages were main excursion but you can request other activities such as snorkeling and picnic at private beach.

We had one of the best experience in our Malaysia trip,You have to travel a little far, so book a car by grab, Simply a must do if you're in Langkawi - it's the best activity on the island. It's around 350 ringgit for whole boat, The fish farm is not really good but
the eagle feeding is ethical (NB you don't
physically feed the eagles, you watch them feed in the river), and along the river we saw monkeys, lizards and snakes. All in all, a terrific experience. There was a floating restaurants selling sea food and chickens dishes, we enjoyed a lot, it’s worth every single penny

Very nice mangrove tour 🚤 We got the boat rented for 3 hour tour - saw the bat cave, crocodile cave, eagle feeding, and fish farm (where you can also have lunch). It was quite nice and our guides/boat driver were friendly and did a nice job showing us around.

One of my best decisions to visit this mangrove tour. Thanks God that the weather is amazing during my time. Those kind stuffs also help me to keep my luggages without charging. Rmb to check tide season before coming here bcs there are some places which u cannot access in high tide such as bat caves and crocodile caves. Which is very unfortunate for those ppl who prepared for long times to see this. They provide private and sharing tours. There are many packages included according to visiting hours. For me, I personally recommend 4-hrs tour with lunch. You can enjoy the strong wind and minor waves in Andaman open sea. Can go through mangrove path to watch swimming monkeys, go through crocodile cave. Having lunch at floating fish farm and look around the nature. What an amazing experience to relieve stress after hectic life.

This park is definitely worth a visit. It is comparable to Vietnam's Halong Bay except this is much cleaner. There are many tourist attractions that you can go see such as crocodile cave, eagle feeding, floating fish farms, private beaches, mangroves and more. There are tour boats that will give you a taste of each.

We had an amazing trip to Kilim Geoforest Park. We did a half day kayaking tour of the mangroves including visiting the floating fish farm for lunch (where we had the best and freshest chilli crab) and the bat cave afterwards. The mangroves are full of nature and the water is so colourful. Amazing way to learn about these important ecosystems. We saw many Eagles, macaques, a viper, monitor lizard and plenty more. Kayaking is definitely the best way to experience it but boating around is a suitable alternative.

This is a huge mangrove and a forest park all in one area.

The best way to move around is through a boat, and boat tours are based on the number of hours you rent a boat. There are many tour agencies on-sight to select from. The boat is entirely yours, and prices are set.

You go around the mangrove, visit the forest, witness eagle feeding, and observe the Andaman Sea. There are a few stop points where you can find kiosks for buying snacks and drinks, as well as restrooms.

There is also a floating restaurant.

The mangrove boat ride experience is definitely a must for all travellers. Aside from the views and sights, the boat ride itself is exciting! Remember to hang on tight as it can get quite choppy and that may scare the kids!

Taking the ride from near Tanjong Rhu Resorts gives you the full experience as you get dropped off back at the hotel 😂

Great tour of the mangrove trees. Lots of wildlife! As part of making ecotourism more sustainable, our guide cautioned against feeding the eagles, lest they become dependent on tourists for food (already happening) & don’t get enough nutrition from the type of food that tourists feed (eg chicken skin)

We pre-booked the boat trip few weeks back. There were many boats there servicing many groups. The views were scenic and there’s plenty to observe like fishes, jellyfish, eagles, monkeys, bats, etc. Our boat host was patient with us in explaining the sites we visit and the wildlife we encounter. Even though we were over the allocated time for the trip, he was OK with it.

Worth the money for the boat ride. Got to see eagle feeding, Gua Kelawar (cave full of bats), stop at a beach for swimming and river cruising. The boat driver is very friendly and knowledgeable so it's fun to listen to him.

We went on the mangrove tour. It was out of this world. First was a visit to the bat cave (sorry no batman was there). We have to get down and go exploring inside a cave. It was super cool.

And then we went to see the eagle feeding area. Lots of eagles swooping into the water and catching fish. After wards we rode out to the open ocean. Could see thailand.

The boat ride was top notch. And then it also started raining. Made it so much better. But also got soaked coz we didn't have rain coats. But a 100% memorable journey. The whole tour was about an hour or so long.

Then we stopped at the floating restaurant to have lunch. They grow fish and crabs and lobsters. They catch what you want and cook it fresh for you.

One of two UNESCO parks in Malaysia. MA must visit spot for langkawi. Book your ticket at Kilim Geoforest Park website for cheapest boat fare. More expensive at Tanjung Rhu or other jetty.
