Extraordinary to see a museum of this quality on such a small island. Dedicated to the long tenure of public service by Tun and his wife, the museum displays possessions and gifts received by the 4th Prime minister over several decades.

Extraordinary to learn that Tun is president again even though he's in his 90's. Only RM10 entry fee and there was no one else there during my visit. This is a big museum dedicated to one man and is spread across two, two storey buildings connected by an enclosed passage way. Must Visit !!!

For those who loves history and everything related to it, this is the place to be. Be mesmerised by the interior design of the place apart from the interesting collections from all over the world, given to the Prime Minister as a token of appreciation and as a gift. Some are very unique and specially made, which is the only one in the world. Some are gifts from head of states that's legendary in itself. Dont miss this even if your stay is short.

I hv been here years ago. You can see all exquisite items given by world leaders and king all over the over in one place. As normal citizen you won't be able to see these items easily except at this place.

A lot of Tun staff stored here. Spend almost 2 hours here. Big space for showcase. Well maintain. The parking is a bit far to the entrance. Anyway is a good experience to view this place. Worth a visit and the ticket is cheap too.

A dedication to an exemplary leader the like of which is rare and second to non. I was really moved by the mere thought the Dr. Mahathir put on display so many artifacts, presents he received during his tenure of Office on display in this dedicated gallery. Many salutes and hats off for him..

The gallery is huge and awesome. The interior of the gallery and of course all of the items in there are so amazing. Especially I liked the classic Pontiac.

Interesting place, rich with history and valuable gifts from notaries all around the world. The architecture is amazing! A must see!

If you take interest in museums having rare collections, artwork, show crafts & exhibits that provide rich reflections of history and culture from all over the world, then you will love to visit Galeria Perdana. It is a museum created to showcase all the gifts, souvenirs and awards received by the fourth and the longest serving Prime Minister of Malaysia Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad (who was fondly known as Dr. M) and his wife Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah bt. Mohd. Ali.  ticket price is rm 10 adult rm 4 child for foreigen and for Malaysia citizen is rm 5 adult rm 2 children...

Every time I go to langkawi, I will definitely go to the Galeria Perdana. The gallery looks even better than the Kedah State Museum located in the city of Alor Setar.

It shows most of the collection of 22 years service gift given to the forth and seventh prime minister of Malaysia Tun Dr. Mahathir. Many of the gifts are classic, unique and of course the value cooperation between countries are showing in this place.

It's like... a collection of things that Dr M's wife won't let him keep at home. But he can't throw all these things out because they're gifts of appreciation from honest folks, world leaders, and businessmen. So he opens a museum to create a tourist attraction in Langkawi, while also creating some local jobs. Yeah, sounds reasonable enough.

Worth it. Fee rm5 adult and many things u can have a look. Intresting.

All the things related to our former Prime Minister Dato' Dr. Mahathir is displayed so neat and beautifully with some short and brief info regarding the items shown. I love the internal atmosphere, it's so calm and cozy with good lighting too.

Nice museum, loved the antique vehicle collection and jewellery in the museum

extra charge for taking photo (one time charge), but money totally well spend. So many unique stuff over there. Will visit again.
