Easy booking, responsive customer service thru WhatsApp. Got a car in tip top condition, seems like brand new car. Full tank petrol, just had to make sure to give it back with full tank as well.

Really pleased with JFZ. Met their rep (after phonecall) on arrival, who brought the car around. Very little waiting around and no paperwork to do unlike western countries. Car was in very good condition and had no issues with it during the week. Dropping back was equally easy. I recommend JFZ and would use them again.

Attiva car we rent. Whole trip was smooth and nice. But just one personal perspective that, before you leave return car, better you pass car to owner face to face, contact earlier if you reach early. Anything can deal immediately, also refund deposit immediately.

Upon arrival, do not leave the airport unless you meet the car owner. In a case where owner is not around and owner inform you that the car key is inside the car and you may drive it away, then advisable to take photo of any scratch or damage and report to the owner immediately before you leave the airport.
This is to protect yourself from possible scam as you may be accused of any unaware damage upon returning the car. Then you shall lost all your refundable deposit.
At least from my personal experience, I felt being scam.
