Bambu Getaway, Langkawi

Had a tremendous week at this property. The staff is genuine and helpful. They pointed us toward the best food spots. It is a beautiful location and the facility has access to hikes and nice walking running areas as well as a great gym on the property. If you want to live slow and stay fit this place is it!!

Our stay was AMAZING in every way. Kamil is a super host - arranged transport, always available for questions, and went above and beyond such as driving us to a lesser known waterfall location. The accommodation also exceeded our expectations - incredible rice paddy view, daily maid service, rooms with both working A/C and separate fan, entire facility is clean & tidy, free lounge area drinking water, shared refrigerator, and access to kitchenette. Location is about a 20-25 min motorbike to any corner of the island.

Great location and great service by the people working there. I've been to Langkawi a couple of times now and this was the best place I've stayed in by far. Nice natural location with a great view of the sunrise in the mornings. You have the rice paddy fields in one side and the jungle on the other. It's right in the middle of the island so good access to explore all areas but you will need a car or scooter for easy access.

This place is amazing for what you pay: situated in one of the quiet neighborhoods of Langkawi it offers a very relaxing experience, add up the very clean rooms, nice staff and the most helpful and nicest hotel manager, Kamil, you will enjoy a great time here! Also they serve delicious breakfasts every morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a couple of relaxing days in Langkawi at the most reasonable price!

We had such a great time at CampValley! Kamil made sure that our stay was most comfortable and as pleasant as possible. The hut was really nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and caring. They also offer a scooter rental and a gym. If we ever come back to Langkawi, this place will be our first choice to stay.

Right in the middle of the island, perfect if you want to move around. The rooms are in container homes and very cleverly arranged! If you're into fitness, this place will make you happy. Management made sure our dietary requirements were met for breakfast.

What I've found was much more than what I could have imagined. It's a magical place, where I found inner peace and myself again. Clean, quiet and charming environment with stunning mountain view. All of the staff - from Kamil Bro, the gardeners, the receptionist and the house keepers were all lovely and clearly dedicated to providing the best possible guest experience - thank you to all of you who made my stay so enjoyable – please don’t change a thing! We’ll be back for sure!😁😁😁😁

Amazing stay with one of a kind experience. Great service and friendly service . Owner is very kind and reliable. He helped us to book a cab when we got stuck at the top of Mount Raya. He also gave us lots of tips and tricks when exploring Langkawi. The best stay i ever had living the kampong style.

Highly! highly! highly! recommended. The environment itself is all green and calming, the room was very cozy and not to forget the bathroom is so damn clean and spacious, the host (Kamil) is very welcoming and helpful along our stay there. And last but not least the PRICE IS SUPER DUPER AFFORDABLE for 2 nights stay of 6 pax.

The owner, Kamil, his wife and the staff was friendly and ensured that our stay was pleasant. Generally, a simple resort for a simple getaway and close to nature. Can be used for camping with your friends and family too.

Just note that we may need a transport to move around but with the ample reasonable car or motorbike rental vastly available in Langkawi, it is not a problem.

My husband and I went to Camp Valley to stay in the bamboo house for our honeymoon to get some rest and it was fantastic! The view is breathtaking and we were surrounded by Langkawi nature at it's best: PEACE AND QUIET. We daily witnessed the beautiful sunset on our porch and I made some awesome pictures of it. We were so pleased with our stay at Camp Valley so we booked extra days. The accomodations are well maintained, clean, provided with airco and daily cleaning by the loveliest ladies and defitinitely recommended!
It is also possible to rent a scooter, get (vegan) breakfast/lunch/dinner or even book your excursion/trip at Camp Valley.

We went to Langkawi to relax but nevertheless, we do like some action and get a good workout in. That was possible because of the gym which you have alltime acces to during your stay at Camp Valley. The gym is equipped with a large range of dumbells (also heavy ones for the big guys), a squat rack, barbells and plates, bench press and a boxing area. Great legdays are guaranteed!

The owner Kamil and his staff were so kind and helpful and they are genuine lovely spirits who will do anything to make your stay an unforgettable experience. I wish them all the best.

A welcome stay if you want to 'Getaway' from for example the hectic centre of Kuala Lumpur.

I can't recommend this spot highly enough. It was a great stay! The food was excellent and the staff superb! The manager was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about the island with us. Great choice!

Best place to stay in this area! From Camp Valley u can reach every location within 20min on the island. there is nothing i missed throughout the helpfull stuff also. on Top the Gym u can use for free with a paddyfield view. amazing!

We had a lovely time staying at CampValley Fitness Getaway. Kamil was a wonderful host - he was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, and was clean and modern....plus best of all, CampValley was extremely affordable.

All the reviews are good and it is right we have not been disappointed!! Great people, basic room but clean.and convenient, outside areas very well maintained with flowers everywhere, delicious breakfast etc etc Great!

Perfect for the price and very friendly staff. Quiet location, however planning to use e-hailing to get around you need to plan ahead and wait for awhile for a ride

Excelent hotel for those who don't want to be in crowded places like Pantai Cenang. The staff is so warm they advised us to do many great things around the Island. We will come back without any doubt ! Thanks

Very chill &place to stay, the stuff are friendly the food is amazing and there is gym with all equipments needed, basically you will find everything you need there to stay calm and chill, highly recommended
