Would like to compliment the cashier, Ms. Jen. I am a regular to this outlet but this was the first time I was attended by Ms. Jen. I appreciate how meticulously she helped me place all my items in my bag very thoughtfully. None of the other cashiers have done this before but I was very impressed with what she did as she went the extra mile. Kudos to her!!

A great place to buy lots of imported products. Organized and clean. With parking.

Cold Storage is no more -- hello, Mercato. Still owned by the same parent organization. Inside, nothing much has changed... alco section is now towards the left side, versus hidden deep inside.

This is/was the last CS in Penang and in the Northern Region. Thanks for the memories, Cold Storage!

It's always a fun time to go grocery shopping here. It has all the essentials covered, one of my favorite grocery stores in this island. A delightful place

People who like quiet shopping can come here, there are not many people and it will never be crowded. Food is quality and fresh. Everyday necessities to buy are usually available here.

We've been shopping here for many years. It's very well organized, has great sale items, good wine selection, fresh produce & an efficient checkout system. Close to our home too. We like it.

Coming here to shop is always a joy. I always buy can food from here. Also buy bread from their own bakery. The choices of products here are much more expensive, yet the quality is much better. I come here many times in a week.

Good place to shop for groceries during pandemic. Best to go during off peak hours. Enjoy Edo Ichi after shopping there, esp lunch

Nice range of imported and local goods. Not crowded most of the time. My favourite supermarket.
