Fouzia and her team are AMAZING! If I could give more stars, I would.

I called to enquire about an item that was unfortunately out of stock at that time. But as soon as it was restocked, Fouzia reached out to inform me and held it for me to pick up as soon as I could.

The extra effort put in definitely made this a truly unforgettable experience.

Been coming here since 2018. Not sure if you compare to international standards but I guess this place is good enough to shop. They even renovated and add more section at the back. The arab cuisine stall was not bad actually, the shawarma is better than the ones in gurney paragon. The staff was nice. So yeah. Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff and good range of products. Found some things that I have been looking for some time but could not find elsewhere.

Sam's Groceria is located outside of the Straits Quay shopping mall and offers high quality food and beverages. The prices are higher compared to standard supermarkets but the assortment has also a higher variety and quality level. Inside the shop you also find a small food court.

This is a great store. Clean, well stocked, great staff and customer service. Prices are on par to its location at at Sraits Quay.

what a nice place to shop your daily needs. all staffs were very helpful particularly the guard. He even help us to deliver our goods to our room upstairs. He is a valuable staff & definitely deserve a raise.

Great experience. Very convenient for surrounding neighborhood. Cozy ambient. Varieties goods. Reasonable price, fresh products. Friendly and helpful staffs. You can get most of the imported goods here, korea,taiwan,japan and etc. Walking distance from quayside condominium and the tamarind. You can also enjoy freshly brewed coffee and food next to grocer entrance.

Great store, lots of variety, good vegetables, poultry & meats. Very clean too, recently expanded and increase in variety, imported & local goods , Best of all, is the great, friendly trained helpful& efficient staff 👍🏽👍🏽

This supermarket has a wider variety of produce than Tesco's or Island Cold Storage. Shop around & check price comparisons with competitors for best deal. But they didn't have British (are there others?) Horseradish Sauce. I 'badgered' Cold Storage in late April & Eureka! They had a shipment in last week! Go for it !! Mr Happy.

Excellent Service. I would like to praise how well they handle product exchange.

I got an item which is spoilt. I lost my receipt. Called Customer Service, they pick up instantly, gave me the PIC in the Penang brach. Ms Rosamah. She is excellent, awesome, perfect! I couldn't be more please how efficient and friendly she is. No fuss with the exchange.

Probably one of the best places for groceries in KL. Huge variety, friendly staff etc. Don't bother looking any further for your daily shopping

Lots and excellent fresh fruit 😋 Best Staff of any other shop in Penang sadly Straits Q management only allow 5 cars to park alongside the lovely shop. Bad luck ìf one is aged, wheelchair bound. Can't quite understand why the lessor management are so reticent in not helping a great shop by allowing more customers to park there

All the items are well organized. Friendly staff.

There is a similar store in Gurney Paragon, the store provides a range of products including daily supplies, fruits and personal enjoyment. Most of the products are arranged neatly and well managed. Price on the other hand could be a bit pricier than Tesco which is a few kilometres away.

Clean and all items are logically organised and isles properly labelled. Not very busy on Saturday afternoon.
