J&T Express PEN008 FARLIM DROP POINT

I dont trust any J&T branches except this Farlim branch not because it's nearest to me, but also the efficient of this branch. The front desk Indian Kakak need to be praise for her profesionalism and her manner.

She would politely ask for the client's permission when it comes to sending big parcel (large boxes), I think the reason behind this is a lot people not knowing how much will it cost when come to large parcel and wanted to cancel order.

Keep it up, I will rather use this branch's service even though most of the time I'm sending large parcel which can be cheaper with other courier service.

Fast processing and my Shopee package was returned in less than 2 minutes. Bravo! 👏😊

Orang yang comment teruk tu jenis manusia tak reti nak buat smart order.. Zaman skarang dah canggih.. Bila staff J&T suruh buat smart order,cust buat muka.. Apa dah.. Cust ramai.. Kalau staff tu nak buat satu per satu mati lah.. X reti buat smart order jangan post lah.. Baik duk kat bukit hutan sana tu.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Convenient locality, easy to park,.. friendy and helpful staff..

The working hours should have been updated,mentioning until 8pm but after 6pm the staff said the system cannot scan anymore.

Unfriendly service. Staff just sit and talk on phone while customers wait.

Parcel missing 3 times in 2 months time, person in charge missing in action and irresponsible. Terrible service. Please think twice if you want to use jnt service, especially from this branch.
