Excellent service. Shopee return done in 1 minute without wait. It is also not bad location. Even in such busy area usually parking is still available.

The service was good & fast. The only problem is, there are no parking lots on Jalan Pahang.

Previously it is thru, this centre has the worst service of all. But I have to give credit to recently, an uncle that just came I think, his service is superb, and he is the reason I'm using J&T back. this man really deserves a raise, the service he provides to us customers make us have confident towards J&T, try ür best to let him stay, don't let him leave J&T.

drop off, surprisingly found that mighty fast and easy, good job =) however, do not go to kinta lane where there is no branches ever, notwithstanding showing in the official website

when u come, just scan the barcode and follow the instruction given..once you fill up the form, u go caunter and give the no to them..then u all pay it

I'll rate 5 star for this worker in pahang road. Who is a friendly Indian girl will talk smart and do efficiency work. I will not say her name out but I believe those works over there will figure out who is it. She had a high when facing high temper and is a very responsible worker. She will show what should we understand about the procedure of their express and not hiding behind the screen like the farlim outlet. I dare not compare her to farlim J&T express, this whole outlet plus the worker not worth even half of the star rate compare to the only one worker in Pahang Road J&T express. Worker's in Farlim J&T express mostly are irresponsible and one of the malay girl are so rude and the Indian there is like a new worker. 7times I went there doing the same procure and the point is without update. So many complaints in the Google Review but still J&T company doesn't take any action on it.

I used to dislike J&T service. However, I was pleasantly surprised that since several months ago, J&T buckled up their performance and I have been nothing but impressed with their services. They are prompt, more organised and on time. I am not sure of their call service but other than this, I am happy to use their service to deliver my items to me.
