i Felt welcome and well care for from the moment i walked in. The entire staff from the receptionists to the veterinarians displayed a level of professionalism and compassion that truly sets this clinic apart. what impressed me the most was their attention to details. It is highly recommended.

Did not consult the doctor but I needed Frontline spot on for tick and fleas as quick as possible. Called up the clinic to check if they have it and sure enough they did. I don’t have a transport at the time so I asked if I could send Grab to collect it and pay online, which I was able to. Tara, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and accommodating despite being on duty alone. Everything went so smoothly. Thank you again, Tara!

The vets and staff here are always kind and helpful. Price is reasonable and the wait is short if you make appointment beforehand (which is always encourage)

Sent my pet here for vaccination. They have very polite and attentive staffs here. Team of doctors handled my pet with gentle and care. They were also really helpful by giving me a lot of informations and advices as a new pet owner. This is a really recommended place for your beloved pets and is worth the price you pay for.

I would like to thank Dr Ong & her team of doctors who took great care of panco(my dog of 15 years) who is blind & deaf and suffered from diabetes (due to neglect from previous owners) and was suffering from the end stage of diabetes.

Thru Dr Ong & her team of doctors who genuinely cares for their pet patients( you can know it's genuine from the regular updates they send everyday via calls/whatsapp) , my very old dog was saved from a critical condition after being hospitalised there for 5 days.

Not to forget the frontdesk team led by Jacqueline who has been tirelessly handling all the customers booking in front.

Good services and the vet very experienced

Walk in to see Docs as 1st time. Need to wait a while but not long roughly 20min(depending on patient that have booking). The doctor (Dr.Teoh) explain everything very detail and the staff at counter and the doc assistant also are very friendly. The clinic has a big air purifier and doesn't smell a bit compare to other vet I go before. Super clean.
But most importantly is the explanation from doctor and answer what questions you ask or what problem you have. Overall great experience here will certainly come again.

Gentle vet examined my dog with much care and patience. Staff are also gentle and good. Advice were given on the dog's condition. We followed the regime and recommendations. So far my fog is doing well. In general, the service is good and with reasonable fees.
Update: the clinic is recently renovated. Only owners with low risk status (MySJ) are allowed to entered. On appointment basis only.

The place is very clean and organized, staffs are friendly and helpful, doctors are great and very professional! I brought my dog to examine for kidney stone and Doctor Ong just took one hour to do the surgery! Price is reasonable, better than other veterinary I've been! I'll give 11/10 of satisfaction!

Used this vet since arriving in Penang. Very friendly and helpful whilst also well priced for all pet needs.

I have been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, until today. I went to many vet clinics before. Peng Aun vet clinic and Acuvet vet clinic are the best vet clinics I can say in Penang Island. Here, the doctor, Dr Ong, she has high level of patience, empathy, truly loving and caring towards the animals. She will do her level best to save and help the pet and owner!

So far so good for my puppy the young doctors are experienced arlnd caring. I saw some nasty comments about ugly doctor which is not true I didnt see any of them are as per described. This person give such comments and opinions on people's physical appearance was nasty.

Experienced vets, highly professional, dedicated and patience while treating the animals. Affordable charges, comfortable environment.

Glad to have Doc Cherilyn back looking after my precious fur kid Chop Chop. Always good service and advice to keep our pets healthy.
