I Want to Thank Malay doctor there, I went to Seek ultrasound... Because a stray cat that I just Found Give birth today at my house...

It was 1035 pm when we arrived .
I came along from Perda . 🥲

They kindly treat me and the cat nicely.. X-ray done.. No Babies left in the stomach.. I feel relieved.
May God give u blessings always as for this 24 hour services.

Its not Easy to find 24 Hours vet.

This is my 3rd time visit to the vet to treat my sick hamster (she keeps getting into accident!) - and it was a great & fulfilling service! The doctor is very profesional, caring & gentle with my hamster, my hamster is quite fierce when she is pain but become docile & sweet when Dr is handling her 😂

A highly recommended vet to bring for treatment for your hamster, but some tips - please call ahead to book the appointment slot as it depends on when the specialist doctor for hamster will be in. Per experience, you can usually come on the day itself after calling to book the appointment, usually at night 😊

Room for improvement is the receptionist's service - sometimes you can get a very nice person, sometimes you can get a rude one, but have to bear it for the sake of our pet 😅

Ample parking around here, so no worries on trying to find parking space.

Can pay through cash, card or ewallet.

Took Dusty there for the first time. Totally impressed & touched by the staff who were so kind and welcoming. The doctor was amazing! He was so gentle and loving in treating Dusty. Would give more stars than 5 if i could. Very highly recommended pet hospital! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I've been to Windsor several times now with my senior cat (16 years,) and a litter of 3 kittens + mama this year.

I always make an appointment and things are very efficient. Staff at the desk have been so friendly and easy to deal with, and nurses are all very good with my cats. You can tell they really love animals here. Since I don't request a specific doctor, I have met at least 4 of them and they're all very professional, considerate, and overall I feel like I can trust them.

Sent the foster mama to spay recently and even though she tore out the stitches twice, the surgery site has healed up incredibly well. Still healing and it's already almost invisible! See the pic below. Great work from the woman surgeon.

They've also been very nice with the little things like how they send updates during her boarding. Fixing the stitches the first time was done FOC (because still under their care), and they sent me photos on Whatsapp on how she's doing. My cat soiled her carrier on her way out and they helped clean her AND the carrier at no charge! On top of that, when the wound opened again under my care, I communicated with photos via WhatsApp and was advised to bring her back. Consultation and wound cleaning was still free!

Just blown away by the wonderful service here at Windsor. I'm so glad I moved over here.

My only complaint is that the boarding facilities aren't in the best condition especially for cats. I hope with the recent renovation upgrades, that they will really consider doing up the back rooms to the quality and cleanliness of the front room and clinics.

Late one night, we encountered an emergency situation and despite our emotional distress, the staff received us with calmness and thoughtfulness. Their composed posture provided reassurance, leaving us feeling deeply grateful and somewhat relieved.

My cat wasn’t eating for few days and got worried, sent him over at night time for a check up (from batu kawan mainland to tanjung tokong island!) only to be tested positive for FPV. The doctors nurses were so nice throughout his hospitalisation. Even when i cried at the clinic finding out he had parvo lol, they were so patient and attentive to my questions and answered my daily phone calls patiently for updates. my cat recovered! He’s eating normal and is back to his active self. I owe it to them thank you guys ❤

Brought a cat to consult about skin issues. I'm satisfied with the communication,registration,waiting area. Doctor and her assistant were very gentle too.

The service is fast and the staff is friendly. But the price point of the hospital is a little bit more expensive. The amount of doctor available is less, therefore recommend you to call and ask before going.

My dog named Lucky had status epilepticus.. it happened at night and my husband and i had to rushed down from Ipoh as there is no 24 hours vet or animal hospital available there. If not for Dr. Shibu and team, she would not have survived. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for attending to my Lucky and willing to give her a second chance in life! Lucky was hospitalised for at least 6 days, almost died but because of Dr. Shibu and team, she is now alive and well. Really grateful and thankful to you all.. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

P.s. they even kept dogs and cats abandoned by their owners in their clinic.. i think that by itself shows how warm hearted the vets are in this hospital. 🥰🥰

i came for an emergency case with my cat Luna she vomited diarrhoea and paralysed suddenly ,kudos to doc deepu and his indian attendants we received a good treatment from doc deepu and his assistant indian guy .. very friendly very caring .. i highly recommended this animal hospital .. keep this good attention 👍🏻 10/10 rating

Really really professional, and not at all cut-throats! Their service was amazing.

Our beloved family Daschund was unwell, and needed treatment. She was admitted in the hospital for 3 nights, in which I noticed how professional they were. Their staff are really compassionate about the animals. They ensure that the dogs and cats are well fed, take time to listen to your woes and fears, and are reasonable.

I myself am a doctor, and noticing how they handle their patients gave me assurance of their service.

When I expected the bill to be a bomb, it was in fact really affordable. The doctors and staff in Windsor hospital are not here to gut you of your money. They’re really passionate about what they do.

I’d recommend them anytime.

My bunny and I always come here when she's feeling unwell. They are professional and polite, always explains what's wrong with my bunny. Be sure to call to make sure there is a rabbit specialist if you're planning to bring yours as a rabbit specialist may not be there at all times.

Thankfulness and gratefully me and my husband had a smooth good service from Windsor hospital for treating our dwarf hamster. The staff, assistant was very helpful especially Dr Gabby, they all are very determined in treating my baby hammy and get her health back on track with all the required treatments and medications. My hammy was diagnosed with UTIs, and was prescribed with the right meds. I will monitor my hammy and make sure she have a swift recovery.. Although the location was quite far from our place, we are fine and very happy to use their service in future..

My heartfelt gratitudes 🙏🏻to doctor Naga and Dr Shibu on putting so much efforts to safe my Rocky boy’s (dog) life even though he was in his last stage and he couldn’t make it. It was a heart wrenching moments for our family and we still couldn’t come out from his lost. Doc Shibu and Dr Naga were really care and helpful. Thanks for your great humanity. Rocky says he was so scared on the vet table - but he says that the vet team- especially the young lady doctor, Dr Naga and dr shibu were so full of love and care. he felt safe. Thank you 🙏🏻

I had rushed my Male pet cat who had suddenly been turning blue due to breathing issues as per the advice of my regular vet.
The staff there seemed very determined to get my cats health back on track with all the required treatments.
If your pet has an emergency, this animal Hospital is a good option for treatment.

Million thanks to Dr Shibu Sulaiman and team. You saved my baby macaw parrot. It almost dead when we brought to you. This is highly recommended clinic for exotic parrot lovers.

Windsor is like my second home already. Almost everyday I go there for treatment and my experience is only positive. A very special thank you goes to Dr Shibu for his expertise. Always thinking out of the box and looking for a treatment to safe the pets life whatever it takes. I have been sent away from another clinic with two cats to die But Windsor didn’t give up on them and helped my cat recover from FIP and saved the life of my cat with kidney failure. They helped so many times with my foster cats and emergencies. They are always very friendly and compassionate. They take their time to talk to me when I am very sad and worried and answer all my questions to make me feel better and secure. I have never experienced any rudeness or negativity in the clinic. The opposite is the case. Especially Mina is very sweet and caring and always takes her time and is very friendly. She comforted me many times when my pet was in a dying state. She also checks on every pet that’s coming into the clinic if it’s an emergency or not. Talks to them and makes them feel comfortable and safe. Windsor is definitely the clinic to go to!

My experience at Windsor Animal Hospital was truly remarkable. My dog was bitten by my neighbours dog and we had to rush him here at night. As soon as we arrived, we were rushed in to see the doctor and he was immediately checked. Admitted for 1 night and was released the next day. He is healing quickly all thanks to the great staff at Windsor Animal Hospital. Thank you all for your efforts and love for your work.

As far as I experience. Everything is good , the staff is nice and very helpful
