Many many thanks to the girl with the short blonde hair from Asics Gurney Plaza. She kept my child's handphone that was left at the shop. Can't explain my child's happiness other than the immense gratitude for an honest human being in today's world. Triple thumbs up!!!

The shoes is good. HOWEVER, the PR skill really needs MORE time to polish up. This may be the ONLY pair of Asics shoes to be bought in this shop and I think I shall opt for other outlet or brands in future. I seldom rate 1 star but this shopkeeper really deserved this rating. If Google allows, I will rate 0 star.

Remarks: Another sales person has better attitude and her patience is really good. Since I can only rate overall for the shop, your reputation has been pulled down by your team. Sorry.

Note: one of the salesperson said THEY are not direct under ASICS. So, any complaints and feedback will need to send back to HQ which is not related to them. They are just a retailer.
