Having meals with seaside view 😍 foods taste so so. Just enjoy the view and sunset :) many chairs are available, although in the meal time. When I'm there, it's raining, so no pretty sunset, but lucky to see rainbow 🌈

Quite a wide variety of food

Nice place to go if you want to try local Penang food but don’t want to spend too much

The food is delicious but the portion is small. I love that it's by the sea-side. Variety of food, from Char Koey Toew, fried rice, hor fun, popiah, mu-chee, rojak, bak ku teh, mee jawa and rice/dishes. Be careful of the thunder storm. I was there (2nd Mac). Watch the video and pictures attached.

Provided free parking lot.
Majority food are quite tasty.
Especially the Muar Chee, its the best I ever eat <3
We ordered 2 big portion. Elders to kids love very much.
The pink sauce from the fried squid and fried chicken is very special. I think just order the fried squid to taste the pink sauce its goood. The German sausage also not bad. The cendol its big ones for RM6.50. its better to ask for straw, easy to drink when let it melt.

#TipsForTrips: this popular open air hawker center by the sea comes alive in evening. Live singing and slow dance for free.

Relaxing, casual atmosphere with a few worthy stalls, amid local and international foods. A good place to wind down with friends at this breezy family-friendly place. Medium priced food.

Laksa and prawn noodle taste good, oyster egg too much flour but the oysters are fresh. So so only. The juice nice service fast. Grill fish and stir fry clam is good but the curry powder is too spicy for me and it’s less flavouring, but seafood are fresh.

This is the Best Food Stall in Penang Island. The environment is nice beside beautiful beach 🏖. Food and Drinks is great and affordable. Recommended Fried Chicken, Grill Fish and Singapore Noodles. Each coming to Penang will drop by for dinner.

Beautiful sceneries by the beach, the sunset is really beautiful. I ordered Bak Kut Teh & Roasted Pork Belly. The food was amazing. 2 Bak Kut Teh and 1 Pork Belly costs us 54 RM. The drink was ordered separately. Variety of choice of seafood.

Can't fault this place, amazing location with the sea right next to you. The service was lovely, the food was tasty and at a good price. Have to pay for the car park at peak times but it's worth it. Had a mixture of foods and was pleased with all. Wasn't that busy during our visit as we went early but would imagine around sunset it gets busy.

I think this Cafe is a better seafood place than the seafood restaurants around (i.e. Bali Hai Seafood)

Situated right beside the beach, they really know how to make use of it by having an outdoor eating area with direct beach view.

Foods are good. Seafood can choose the one near the entrance. We ordered steam grouper and prawn, both are fresh.

Fried oyster from Ah Soon is delicious, the oysters are fresh.

Ayam penyet is also nice.

Overall spending were just one-third of Bali Hai.

I went here in early morning around 8am.
There's one restaurant open in that time.
You can get Dimsum only.
I love viewing sunrise in here.
It's so cool. I took some photos and videos. The scenes in here amazing. ♥

Or chien batter is different from the rest and the braised pork is good as tong po rou quality maybe better in some instances - non halal

June 2022: Fried oyster dish is good, worth a try! Nice view too

Update March 2023:
Huo Jian is still good. Everything else is overpriced and not worth it. RM16 for a bowl of prawn mee. We got overcharged for "additional" meat that we did not order. Might be time to avoid this place, you can get better food, price and view elsewhere. (Fisherman's Wharf)

Always come back here whenever I visit Penang. Oyster omelette is good, though portions have shrunk as the years go by. Cuttlefish & jellyfish kangkung dish is not bad, but they use rojak sauce instead of sweet sauce. The vibe here is very chill, especially on weekdays at sunset.

We had out tim sum there, with good and variety of foods for dinner. Reasonable pricing and friendly hawkers.

Various unique food with relatively cheap price (mostly under 20MYR), breezy weather with relaxing view. I suggest coming in at around 6pm👍
