All the lower floor parking has been reserved. Substandard parking system. When exiting, if you unknowingly tap your tng card before the pole closes, you will left stuck. No call button at the exit terminal. Need to reverse your car and call the number stated for assistance. That's not all, the attendance will ask for cash payment before open the pole which it might have charged your tng card prior. Bad experience. 👎
