One Pacific Hotel & Serviced Apartments

I read the reviews on this hotel before decided to book, and fully agree with the good experiences shared by most of the reviewers. The room was spacious, clean and bright - that applies to the bathroom too. The hairdryer was not working, but was replaced immediately. Parking was easy as I was able to choose whether to park at the basement, which can accommodate up to 5 or 6 cars, or the open car park - probably due to the state election as not many cars there. The convenience store and pharmacy on the ground floor are definitely a plus point for the hotel. If you are driving, the road in front of the hotel will lead you directly to Komtar, which is 2 Km away, and you will find restaurants/coffee shops along the way.

The room clean, quiet, spacious, easy cek in, we enjoy good nite sleep as it is quiet , love the white bed linen no stains, right beside convenient store & pharmacy, near hospitals & several eating places though not many but location good enough for us just take around rm 5-8 to gurney & hawkers nearby

Great place with a great service. I went to this hotel when they first opened it which was like 4yrs agoo but stilll i loved the experience and everyone is so nice. Location is really great with great service

All the best if you want to go to Loh Guan Lye hospital, no need to take breakfast because you can easily buy from hospital canteen. Save time and money no need to use online transportation because this place in front of hospital.

Honestly this is the best hotel in all the hotel I have lived so far. The service is good too, like security help you with luggage and opening doors for you. Breakfast is good too but one of the waiter attitude is not very nice. Would encourage if there’s more choices for breakfast set.
Bathroom was nice, beds are nice. Clean and big.

Room spacious and clean. Have 7 Eleven and also Wellings Pharmacy. Basically what I needed. Breakfast bit tricky if you dont take bfast in hotel. Across street hv warung that open at 8. Near chicken rice open at 9.30 (delicious)..
Receptions are friendly and helpfull too. Btw, laundry service in here temporarily closed.

Along Macalister Road in Penang, just opposite the Loh Guan Lye Specialist hospital is this hotel. Superb location, very large rooms that are very clean - giving you the best value for money.

Check-in and out is painless, the staff here are very friendly and there's a 7-11 and also a Wellings pharmacy on the ground floor of the hotel.

I have never encountered any problems with the amenities in the room, everything works perfectly. Toiletries are included and there's even bedroom slippers as well.

Ample parking is available at the back of the hotel which is securely guarded and gated, which is an extra bonus.

I didn't try the food here as I was more interested in the local fare outside of the hotel.

Prices are super reasonable, and I've stayed twice, Can't say enough good things about this place.

Their service was good. Booked family room. Their rooms were clean and well kept. Also the location of the hotel is very strategic. Most of the tourist spot locations are in walking distance. They also had 7-eleven just beside the hotel which is very convenient. Just that the check in takes some time and also their parking is limited.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located in a convenient area, close to a lot of attractions. From the start, the check in was smooth and done before check-in time. Rooms were clean, tidy and organised and the facilities in the room were in top working conditions to the point we wanted to stay longer. The service was perfect and the staff were always ready to help. Thank you very much for amazing stay and all the best for the future.

Big, clean and bright room service apartment.

Super convenient for those like me, who wanted to send mum over to hospital for treatment especially early morning. Although slightly stain in the bed sheet and a bit of noice from outside during late night, overall still a present stay.

Stayed here for one night. A pleasant experience I could say. The room was tidy and clean, quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The aircond was working very fine and the heater in the bathroom was okay too. The food for breakfast was nice and the beverages were wonderful! The staff at the cafe and the front desk were very helpful and friendly too. The parking lots were enough and the hotel is also in the centre area and is near to many interesting places. Overall, a very decent place to stay and rest 👍👍

The Hotel room is huge and clean, frankly it is too big that it may feel kind of off. Same applies for the bathroom. Room are cleaned everyday.

Hotel is located right in front of Loh Guan Lye Specialist Center, which is a plus if you are consulting a doctor there, the hotel is also wheelchair accessible. there are Wellings and 7-11 beside the hotel entrance.

Free WiFi is decent, ~20Mbps at all time. The breakfast choice are decent. Food choices include English Food and Asian Food. Restaurant opens for most of the day serving the same menu.

Questions answered promptly. Had to call for the iron because not available in the room. Our room was made everyday, so it was nice to come back to a room with a fresh clean feel. Location was convenient, 2 blocks away from Ah Tiek's Durian Stall (walkable distance), Green Heng on the corner and about 10-15 minutes drive from Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon.

Spacious room! Place is just in the middle of the town and you can travel anywhere around by walking. I like that the room has makeup mirror and the lighting and aircond is satisfying. There are parking lots provided for hotel guests. There is a pharmacy and 7E just below this building. Open until 10pm if I’m not mistaken. Drinking and eating place is very close that you can go around on foot. Armenian Street is even close from here. Recommended place to stay.

Overall: Great

1. Customer service didn't explain well the info to us, which the info we got are different during talked on phone and at the hotel. But it's not a really big matter.

2. The rooms. We're a family(5 pax), and all of us mostly really satisfied with their rooms, whether the deco, furniture or facilities that they provided. It could just tell as perfect hotel I've been ever.

3. It's a little bit costly for me, but it's acceptable after you see what you paid for. Just the extra mattress is really a bit costly which RM60/night.

4. The only thing that need to be improve is sound insulation. We can clearly hear what the next door say if they talked louder.

Had a lovely stay, the rooms are spacious and clean, the housekeeping knows their job well👍. Old style hospitality, the front office staff (Ms malathi or Malini) was very helpful and professional. Mr Dickson was very informative. We will definately chose to stay here on our next trip.

The best place im stayed so far
up front directly to lo guan lye hospital. Down the appartment there are 711 convinience store and wellings pharmacy. Left to the hotel there is famous shin nam huat. I very recommend to stay here

The room is spacious and clean. Just across loh guan lye specialist centre. There's a grocery a few beside the hotel so you can buy your daily need. The staff is very helpfull. They sell the water in the lobby with cheaper price
