We organised our dads birthday cake with the after meal. Easy to communicate with on Facebook messenger. Cake was amazing
Extra bonus credit to them because I had organised everything from overseas and they even delivered it to the hotel for the party. Would recommend!

This is the only shop that I willing to wait for my cake. They make their cakes with ultimate intricacies and the taste is guaranteed perfection. My favourite is their vanilla fresh cream cake, it’s the best of the best. I usually finish everything by my own, no sharing. ❤

Simply love their cakes!!

Their customer service is almost non existent but I am thankful my first (and probably last) order arrived within the delivery date and time slot. But don't bother sending message via Facebook or contact them via phone or Whatsapp. Totally never bother to reply. I send message in FB messenger since Dec 16 and totally no reply as of Dec 25 when they said they will typically reply within 1 to 3 days.

I very rare give bad ratings to shops but this one deserves 1 star because my order is fulfilled but keep me frustrated throughout my experience.

Dec 27 update: I have finally received a response from AfterMeal. If you read other users feedback, I think they are struggling with customer service but definitely i can feel they do try to improve on this area. I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. 😉
