Tried both the char kuey teow and wantanmee. The Youngman 21 CKT definitely hits the 5 star rating. It’s the best CKT I had in Penang, I like CKT that is stir fry a little dry and not wet. Besides, it has a lot of work hei. Recommend to get the duck egg + extra spicy one. Wantanmee is passably delicious.
