Muslim friendly kopitiam, have many famous dishes, love their curry mee so much, very delicious and special because the taste different with other curry mee. CKT also not bad but my friends said more delicious before. Kopi and Cham also nice, not too sweet. Staff introduce us what they famous and serving was fast. Hard to find parking around there even if is weekday morning. I will come back again to try their other food.

Love the food here. Best part is its all Muslim friendly! A must go when in Penang. Heads up tho....the place can be full during peak times and the lines are long so plan your trip around these times for the best experience. Breakfast time is easy.

MUST TRY! The food was excellent.
Mee Udang (Hokkein Noodle) was exceptional.
Roti bakar was great.
Char Kuey Teow was good.
Fresh orange and hot honey lemon was also good.

One of my favorite Char Kuey Teow in Penang! Their Char Kuey Teow is also probably the cleanest and healthier version. Never had any issue after eating their food.

They can get really busy and they will close earlier if food sold out. Suggest go there before 1pm.

Visited this shop on Monday morning for breakfast @ 7am+. Unfortunately, soup meals are ready. Prawn noodles soup, and white curry noodles. (After read reviews). Sayang no char keow teow to try 😭 Not to be missed is their kopi 👍👍👍

We actually stayed at Regal hotel, so we walked. A peaceful morning around the locals.

The akak attended us are so sweet with her smile. Probably only 2 pair of customers in shop. So service is swift.

The environment is clean and airy.

Prawn noodles soup, can taste prawn broth. Curry noodles really good. So famous 😂

Bee Hwa is one of the rare places that serve halal Penang food including CKT and Penang Curry Mee. I really cannot be bothered lining up for over an hour and trekking to the more reputable CKT places in town, so this will have to do. But I'd say that the CKT is quite good even though it's not cooked with the charcoal.

The highlight is the curry mee with the paste just dumped on the spoon so you can mix it up and enjoy the visuals of the colour change. I've never been a huge fan of the curry mee, but this one is special. There's nothing fancy about this place, it's a hole in the wall, but some of the best food in the world is served in these kinds of places. Humble, unassuming, but awesome.

The service to food serving is impressive and fast. The mee soup is so niceeee. Price is also affordable.

The place is comfortable, non-AC but not hot because there are lots of fans. the food is good, price around 6.5RM especially curry noodle.

Whenever visit Penang, don't forget to have meal at Bee Hwa Cafe, location easy to find because close to Chowrasta Market and Mydin... Try white curry mee and wan tan mee 😋

I’m not Malaysian. So, I don’t really know the real taste of mee curry. But, this is my favorite mee curry so far. I stay in malaysia for 5years, and this kedai is my fav mee curry. Really delicious~ order 2 bowl for me. Hahaha

A nice place to enjoy local breakfast in Penang. We had traditional toast, Hokkien mee (prawn mee) and white curry kway teow. The food was good and satisfying! I would say the food represented the local palate. Afterall, it's the place where the locals go for nice local breakfast food. The place is also patronized by Muslims. Recommend to visit early before the breakfast crowd comes in.

Great iced coffee!
I ordered iced kopi c and it was the best I've ever tasted so far!!! I loved it. The kuey teow soup was good as well.
Ordered the fried rice on the second day but it was just OK.
I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Penang just for the iced coffee. Hot coffee was so-so.

Iced coffee is tasty and different with other coffee. Char koay tiow is so authentic. Mee curry is so delicious. The food here just light and the taste is not over like other place.

Were here for breakfast during weekday at 8am. It wasn't crowded and we had our meal quite peacefully. We ordered char kuey teow, nasi goreng, prawn mee and curry mee. Our favourite would be the curry mee and prawn mee. Both were tasty and flavourful. The curry mee broth was light and fragrant topped with plenty of ingredients besides the noodle (prawns, crab stick, fish cakes, cockles and dried tofu cubes). For rm6 per bowl, I would say it's worth it!
