Overall had a good experience with Big Planet Travel, during our Europe Trip, we had a very good and pleasant trip. Everything from food, hotel and transport was nicely organised. Special thanks to our guide, for being so caring and patience in explaining all the places of interest.

Won't recommend this travel company. Before booking, the reps was accommodating n offered to help in the booking of domestic flights. Assurance given that the tickets won't be more than RM250 each. Once tour booked, she just turned deaf n dumb! After a month or so when queried, she unexpectedly said RM450 each because too near the travel date. Whose fault was this??? I trusted her but she blamed me for the delay! OMG!! Inaccurate info about Express train service. Such bad after service. If not for one Ms Lee who handled our payments n follow ups n being respectful, I won't give a single ⭐.

I’m sorry to say but this is my first and last time travel with this tour group.

We had a group chat with the staff in big planet and she always ignored and seen our message (which I think as a agent, it was not suppose to happen) until we have to personally call the company phone number to get all the updates. Everything was delayed and very very slow
-Slow in everything
Next, for visa application forms have tans mistake was made. Upon requesting the visa form, it was only sent to us after 2 weeks from the date we date we request.
-Irresponsible
Furthermore, we were only being informed about the last min flight change 2 days before we flying to shanghai while other people in the tour group were being informed 5-6 days earlier. Not only that, because of this last min info of change, we had to change/ bought / reschedule our flight from Penang- KL. They promised that they will bear the extra air ticket cost. But it’s been 40 days I still did not get the money back (despite multiple reminder.

Overall, the tour group experienced very bad as it mainly brought us to group-buy place (stayed there for 2-3 hours and don’t allow us to leave, kind of locked all of us in a room) and resulting the time that we went to the to tourist place only 15-20 min. Most importantly, we were not being informed about this group- buy tour before we sign up this tour group. So it kinda get ‘cheated’.

do not choose this travel agent. Worst experience ever. They only wants profit but the services is suck. The whole team is just a stupid bunch of people working. What a sad and terrible travel agent.

Terrible experience to Italy and Switzerland. Overcharge and impolite tour guide. No service from manager.
