Hin Bus Depot Artwork Sunday Popup Market

Great market in Georgetown! Stalls selling locally made products and food. So nice to see handmade products instead of lower quality mass-produced items. We purchased wooden utensils and a custom drawn picture on a fabric pouch. There is jewelry, crocheted items, and even someone selling small plants in adorably decorated containers. There is also a beverage area, loads of chairs in the shade and entertainment. A great place. It is a little hidden, but would be nice if it was marked more clearly so more people could locate it.

Enjoyed the flea market here today! It was bustling when I came on a Sunday afternoon 😍. There were rows and rows of booths selling artsy fartsy stuff - loads of handmade items ranging from keychains, cups, jewelleries etc, very unique and pretty! 🫶

I even saw a few talented artists drawing caricatures of people, and there’s tarot card reading available too. There’s a food section selling assam laksa, basque cheesecake, coffee, beer etc. Tried a few things and they were pretty good! 👍

Love the ambience of this place very much! There’s a live singer playing great nostalgic music, good to sit here and soak in the good vibes ☺. Definitely worth checking out, albeit it being a little small.

Sunday pop up market. (Their webpage indicate it is also open on Saturday) Many arts, handicraft, drinks and food stall open inside. There are music playing at the center. Recommend to visit this place near afternoon. go visit the shop around the popup market. Interesting place for art and handicraft lover to visit.

This is such a cute place! Unfortunately according to Google it’s open til 7pm, we arrived at 5pm and all the shops were slowly closing…
It is only open from 10-5pm!

Happen to pass by this place and it was a nice accident. Love the vibe here , there are handmade products and food that were sold there is so awfully good.. There are sitting areas where you can eat and enjoy the live band playing. All in all enjoy our outing here.

Had an enjoyable time at the Hin Bus Depot Artwork Popup Sunday Market. Great to see there's a lot of hype, lively atmosphere, music gigs and a wide selection of food and drinks. Many stores displaying artwork by local artists, entrepreneurs/small business selling craft works that are proudly made in Malaysia. Kudos to the Organizers for supporting and featuring our local artists under one roof!

Nice relaxing place, to browse around or just sit in the shade relaxing listening to nice live music on weekends. Has a Bohemian atmosphere. Very multi racial crowd.

It was a nice experience with local artist visiting and also having theie wares. Loves the coffee and vibes.

A place where you can spend ur late morning or whole afternoon in downtown Penang.

Love the flea market held here on Sunday. Great variety of stalls for accessories and food. There’s even a tarot card reading that was pretty spot on. RM 20 for 2 questions. There’s also music and occasional live band which sets the vibe. Love it!

Lovely street market with live music and small Artisan shops for souvenirs and clay pots.

2nd visit in 2 days, still amazed at the vibes and the items available!
