A paid parking lot , situated beside a main road , easy to locate , with spacious spots

All of the cars parked in this parking structure is trapped for over an hour. No assistance to resolve the ssue with the broken gates from both entrance and exit.
Worst experience, do not park here.

Small spaces of parking with RM10 per entry. Not reasonable at all. Please adjust your spaces dont easily take people money

the worst parking facilities, my experience with them in Penang near komtar at 25/10/2023 cannot be settled with their own maintenance. Exit gate couldn’t open they ask to go out using entry but the entry also cannot scan the card. very stupid and not helpful

Car got rear ended in the parking premise, not allow to get cctv footage after contacted the management. Had to use own NCD for repair and unable to catch the hit and run car.

The TnG entry broke down and no one there to serve, and the person inside the guard house (not entry side) open the gate. Parked about one hour, when going out the machine no response and the guy "switch on" the gate and I scan, (on weekday).RM10.80 gone. Price list is RM3.50 per hour. The lousy service that make trouble to customers and charges more than double.

Super terrible parking. The Tng is not working and no security around to help. all car stuck inside the parking for more than 30min or more just to waiting for go out.

Parked one hour only but cost me RM8 during weekend. It is a daylight robbery.

差，进到出不到，scan Merchant 坏了，又没人理会，又没office,又没电话号码，有够烂，待在里面几个小时

泊车位很小，车进不去，骗钱的。
