I highly recommend Cleaning Star for anyone in need of laundry services in the Penang area.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the laundry services of Cleaning Star while staying at the Sunway Hotel in Penang, and I must say, they truly exceeded my expectations! From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

The level of professionalism and efficiency displayed by Cleaning Star was remarkable. They promptly picked up my laundry and returned it exactly as scheduled. What impressed me the most was the impeccable condition of my clothing – it was evident that they pay great attention to detail and handle every item with care.

Moreover, the pricing was incredibly reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of service provided. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of affordability and high standards.

We dropped off our laundry and had Cleaning Star arranged to deliver them back to our hotel. The staff were friendly and resolved our queries when it took longer than expected for the cleaned laundry to be delivered back to us. Laundry came back smelling good and nicely folded. I arranged for pick up and delivery with express wash and fold service all through WhatsApp and paid via a credit card link. Super easy, clothes were delivered back in the early afternoon. Absolutely recommend when in Penang!

I used them twice, one for normal and express service. Easy to coordinate via whatsapp. Staff is responsive to enquiry/request and can arrange pick up & delivery for a fee.
All I need is to provide them the pick up address (hotel) and room no. And made payment through their provided link and delivery will be made based on your indicated address. Pretty straight forward arrangement.

Fast and efficient pickup & delivery to and from our hotel. Online payment only - you'll get a link and need to provide your credit card data. So don't use if you must or want to use cash.

Very happy with the service. They were very good with communication, they collected and delivered my laundry as they said they would. The clothes smelt lovely and were folded and in a sealed plastic bag. They charged exactly what they said on their website. I would definitely use them again if I return to Penang.

Dropped it in at around 3pm, paid for the express service rm12 per kg, plus rm6 to have it delivered back to the hotel. Was delivered around midday the following day. Good service, would use again.

We'd been traveling for 10 days so built up quite a bit of laundry.
We didn't want to spend the time doing our own washing & drying and found Cleaning Star on Google who clearly state they pickup & deliver.
Because we have a tight schedule we chose the more expensive Same Day service. It cost 50% more than next day service.
The outcome was great. All clothes washed, dried & folded. My partner wanted many items ironed, too. The ironing blew out the cost considerably and I don't think was needed but I did it in the spirit of compromise.

The clothes were picked up mid- to late-morning and delivered back to the hotel when I was out at dinner. Everything was neatly folded, items ironed and we were very happy with the result.

I should also add the communications from the fellow who runs the place were good. We spoke in English and he was clear, concise and very professional. After the initial call we used WhatsApp and that was convenient for both of us.

We had the curtains cleaning service, with pick up and delivery/ installation. The company always had a fast reply whenever I contacted and the service went smooth, very punctual and reliable. I discuss the price beforehand and it is reasonable as compared to the service that I used in KL. I would definitely use again and recommend their services.

Easy drop off if you are driving. They can also collect & deliver to your hotel at an affordable fees. A good mid point laundry to our 1 week road trip from sg. Went for express service & laundry was delivered to our hotel within the same day by 6pm. Fast response via whatsapp & easy online payment via credit card.

Seriously impressed with the service provided. Excellent communication on there end- fast responses with clear instructions.

Our trainers were in shocking state from Cameroon highlands due to hike full of mud marks and quite smelly.

I’m really impressed by how they look now. The 2 pairs of trainers look brand new considering how dirty they were and they have been dried well even resulting in no bad smell!

All the hard work was done by Cleaning star- they even picked up our shoes from our hostel and dropped them back to us few days later. It was a real super easy process.

Laundry timely done at a low price. Our 10kg of laundry was picked up and delivered nicely folded from our hotel for myr 60. Very friendly.

I somehow managed to stain my rented wedding gown with black oil stain and smudges. Boutique refused to accept it after normal dry cleaning it twice and asked me to purchase the gown. Out of desperation I approached Cleaning Star laundry. They very helpfully and patiently got rid of the stains at a surprisingly affordable price and the boutique has since accepted the return of the gown! I strongly recommend this laundry for their service, attitude and price.

Great service and quality! I needed a fast (express) laundry done because I was traveling from KL and needed some fresh clothes. The laundry came back nice and clean delivered to my hotel with only 1MYR delivery charge. The price of the laundry was great also.
