Done removal of my braces and clear retainer here. Total rm 400 only. Satisfied with the retainer. Very fast. within two days everything was completed. No complaint. Thank you G dental !!

Honestly I was a little nervous due to the reviews here. I went for a root canal treatment on my premolar. The wait time of approximately half an hour up to an hour or so is to be expected for the amount of people coming in for their prices.

So, I don't mind. If I wanted my appointments on time, I would go to the other dentist who charges 400 a session (also 4 sessions, RM 1600 total, not inclusive of crown) for a different molar root canal treatment I had, and even at that clinic, there was a 10-minute wait time, so I don't know why people are complaining.

For a root canal treatment on the premolar, it was divided in 4 sessions (RM 50 + RM 50 + RM 100 + RM 100, not inclusive of crown) I settled for a filling, the crown is RM 600 which is pretty cheap. Other clinics charged me a thousand plus.

They're really busy, but nothing wrong with their customer service attitudes. Doctors and receptionists were all pretty polite and friendly.

I can't speak for their other services but for fillings and root canal treatments, I think they did a pretty good job, other than that my previous tooth filling was closer to a yellowish white which looks natural (for the RM 1600 treatment at a different clinic) while the filling I received here for the root canal is light greyish white (for the RM 300 paid here).

Overall positive experience, will be returning in the future.

I'm here bcus of suggestion from friend. Their orthodontics really cheap, RM 2,500 incl upper,bottom,mold and retainer. (Installment available). I have done my orthodontics (traditional type) successfully. Just that the staff here always look so tired and no passion at work. Haha. It is also very important to make an appointment 1st before u want to be here. During Sunday and Monday will be crowded heavily (bcus of the orthodontics.) If u really want to do your orthodontics in a cheaper way, u can consider here, but make sure u have a lot of time and patience to wait. Even though u come in the correct appointment time, u still may need to wait for 1 hour.

Very cheap-reasonable price and the doctors are friendly. You won’t find any pretty nurse serving you but you will get a good and honest dental service that cost much less compare with other dental clinic around in Penang.
Call for booking, because their schedule is very full due to their pricing.
