Perodua Service Centre (Pulau Pinang)

Very good service, customer service excellent wont put up weird charges without enquire you in advance, cashier friendly and food drinks provided while you wait. I did it for 2 hrs so acceptable timing. Free wifi here too. Happy and satisfied. Rmbr to call for booking before you come as if you walk in, the queue become so much longer like 5 hrs plus.

This is my first time here, as the branch I normally go was fully booked. The staff here is very attentive, and the waiting area is very spacious and comfortable. An advise to all, please call in to book for a slot before coming here. Walk-ins are not advised as most of their slots are pre-booked.

Bring my car for regular service. Friendly staff, got light refreshment for you while waiting.

been here for 2 times, nice services, fast respon on call (judge by how many rings before pick up, 1only), free breakfast(2 times also rice but different taste, taste good) and coffee... all quite friendly, services time is quite acceptable.

Made my appointment thru app and was confirmed thru message a day earlier, hassle free. The service rep was kind and polite enough to explain on the service items and cost breakdown. Although the wait time is over 2 hours,probably due to CNY nearing but they have facilities to accommodate. Breakfast and drinks provided with clean washrooms and plenty of sitting space.

As per their staff sharing, recently many of their colleagues were under quarantined due to the Covid 19.
Their workforce only about 30% available for now.
Therefore, maybe from now till the end of March the period of waiting time may be longer than previous.

The staff was nice... Special mention en din.. very helpful... The only setback. Is there were alot of customer... Overcrowded the place.. 10/10 for all Their staff

It was my 2nd time servicing my little car here. The staff who answered the phone, service desk, cashier are all polite & efficient. I will go back there for my next services.

Very friendly and professional staff. Booked the 830 appointment and they greeted me with a warm good morning and a smile. The workshop is clean, big and comfy waiting lounge, and free breakfast with bottomless drinks.

Didnt expect the service to be so good but it actually is. This is my first time here and I am very impressed. Waiting time to get my car serviced was about an hour although appointment had been made but the waiting area was very pleasant and there were refreshments. My first service itself took about an hour too.

Very pleased with the service provided by Mr Zulhijjah (Service Advisor). Mr Zul is friendly, helpful and informative on car maintenance and service. The waiting area is spacious and SOPs on wearing of masks, taking of temperature and social distancing etc were observed. My car was sanitised before and after service by Perodua. Thank you.
