Definitely worth the price. We are group of 4 adult, stay a night here for RM89. Great location, near to Pantai Cenang. The room was spacious, clean and facilities provided was just nice. Well-functioning aircond and fan, private bathroom provided with water heater, mini fridge and iron for pressing clothes was readily available at room. We don't have to request for anything from the host which is very convenient. Not to mention, filtered drinking water was available outside the room and we didn't charged a penny for requesting extra pillow. The owner also a very kind-hearted person which helps to pick us due to some emergency at 1am. Thanks.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, in a area with a lot of Malaysian people.
So that there are calm and good ambiance and cheap / good food.
Perfect to try local food.

There is a bakery at the niyaz inn served a very good cakes.. very recommended
