very basic facilities, need to improve it

Basic facilities.. bila hujan lebat, air masuk juga tapi di area dapur.. kucing muntah di luar rumah huhuhu.. kemudahan lain termasuk mudah mencari makanan, dekat dengan masjid dan jarak ke Pantai Chenang 5minit antara yg boleh didapati dari sini. Owner agak baik namun diharap kemudahan homestay boleh ditingkatkan dgn kebersihan yg lebih baik. Semoga boleh diperbaiki dan selamat Maju Jaya

The DIRTIEST homestay I ever met. It should given ZERO STAR because it doesn't worth one star at all. This homestay was very dirty until we couldn't bare it and spent one hour to clean up the homestay. The price was high but the facilities were horrible.

Unclean kitchenware.
Stained cloth and sofa.
Spiderwebs everywhere.
Rusty kettle.
Dead bugs and dead insects were all around the broken washing machine.

Imagine what side effects you can get if you used these facilities.
The newest thing I found in this homestay is a bottle of dish cleaner.

What we can accept is the owner accept our request to get full refund after we made a complaint to Booking.com.
So , please think twice before you made the booking.

Aku tak pernah terkena dengan orang mcm ni, owner perangai hauk. Kita booking sbb dalam gambar elok, tapi last last dah mcm rumah terbiar berbulan. Berhabuk sana sini, dengan econ rosak dedua bilik... bila kita mintak refund duit booking dia cakap mmg tak boleh. Kalau mcm tu sejenis bisness makan duit booking jee laa ye? Korang jangan percaya dengan gambar, serious homestay paling buruk dan tak sesuai dengan harga... mintak kurang pon punya kelat laa engko nak bagi... serious aku hangin sbb aku bawak anak kecik last last jadi mcm ni. Kalau korang nak booking sesuai tempat tu pleaseeee jangan main booked jee nanti jadi mcm aku. Semoga makcik and anak makcik cepat berubah and jangan naye customer mcm ni.... terima kasih
