Spacious restaurant with more than 20 types of dishes served - typical traditional lauk pauk but all were delicious. They also provide free flow of plain water. We got RM143.50 for 12 people (average of RM12 per person).

Must stop local Malay cuisine. Plenty of lauk to choose from, awesome quality and taste, generous portions and certainly value for money. Freshly cook everyday. Delicious!

I came for lunch andhad at least 4 different lauk (fish, tofu, egg and egg plant dish) with white rice all for —> RM 9 only!! 😵🤩😋😋

Personally i like this restaurant for it's homey food, tasted good enough for me, and the vibe is cool (if you pick the right seat, can eat while looking at sawah padi).

I came to langkawi for 3 days, and i eat my lunch here EVERYDAY. Price wise is good, unless you take pricey fish like jenahak. Lots of selection for ulam and veges (come early ya). I wish this restaurant all the best.

A hotel staff recommended us to come here for lunch when we asked for something local and we were not disappointed!

Good tasting Malay food with a large variety. I was really surprised to find that I was able to fill up my plate so much with meatless options!

I was charged RM9 for this entire plate, which I think was very fair (cheap even!) considering there a total of 6 varieties on it.

Had to have a long nap after this hearty lunch!

I have never seen a huge place and variety of nasi campur dishes in one place. Price is reasonable. Food is tasty. Open from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Come early to avoid queueing. Self-service, please pay first before enjoying your meal.

Our grab driver recommended this place and we are grateful to him. Incredible fresh spread of seafood dishes and tons of hot cooked vegetables. Come before noon if you don’t want to have to queue. Honest, value for money food. What else do you want? If you’re in Langkawi and don’t want to fall for viral places, come here.

Great place for local Malay fare. Good variety of grilled fish, fish and chicken dishes and an assortment of curries and sambals.
Price is what you would expect for a local restaurant catering to locals.
For foreigners (depending on where you come from) the price would be cheap to super cheap.
For locals, the price would be reasonable.
We paid RM 45 for all the food you see on our plates plus a small bottle of water and 2 canned drinks.

Good authentic Malay food. Large varieties of fish, meat, vegetables, desserts and drinks. Choose what you want on your plate, pay at the counter and enjoy your meal.

Ambience is just like a normal coffee shop. Can be quite hot during the dry season. Parking is available around the restaurant and on the street.

The place is crowded during lunch hour especially during holiday weekends, but you can find a table with a short 5-10 minute wait.

Beef soup is nice, begedil is excellent and fish is great.

For drinks, try asam boi.

Cheaper and a lots of choices of nasi campur dishes. Please come early, if not you will crying. The foods is heaven and good taste. You take your own rice and dishes. Go at the counter to calculate. Oh please order the drinks at small window there and mention it while you want to pay the food together. They also got ready drinks and you just pour to the cup. I came around 11 o'clock and table full with people. I been here for first time and really recommended people to come and taste Langkawi food. People at Langkawi very soft spoken and friendly. Will come again.

Food paradise with afforadable price. There a lot of choices from seafood until the fried cook. And the most different is the drink price just only RM1 for the prepared one. The parking lot just enough but during the lunch hour were more crowded. Must try!

Amazing place for food lover and alos for budget travelers. Food is amazing, planty of options to choose from. Everything they cook tastes surprisingly good. Even they have some nice desart options. You can pick your own drinks yourself. You want less ice, ice packed drinks that is upto totally you. Food are fresh made and you will taste that in the very first bite. Just one problem they are only open for launch. Loved the place and wanted to taste more items but couldn't come do that as I was going for site seeing in the morning and usually coming back late. So if it was open at dinner time, it would have been nice.

A well know establishment in Langkawi serving mostly traditional northern malay dishes. A big restaurant with wide selection of dishes that will tempt your tastebuds.

A unique dish that you can get at this place is kerabu bronok (sea cucumber salad) and the more well known gulai daging with rebung, asam rebus keladi and various grilled fishes. The dishes are flavourful and tasted like home cooked, be warned that they are not shy with the spicy level.

A recommended place to try if you are in Langkawi.

Probably the best Malay Mix Rice (Nasi Campur) in Langkawi. Kak Yan has been around for over 10 years and the current place is where they have moved since 7 years ago.

The trick about eating here is that you should come at 11am, before the lunch crowd, otherwise, expect long queues to take food and also to pay.

The overall place can seat up to 100 people, but I'll still recommend coming before lunch hour. Price is very reasonable and choices are incredibly amazing. If you want a taste of local Langkawi Malay food, this is the place top try.

Wow - can’t fault this place with a huge variety of buffet options including fresh salad. 2 plates + a plate of salad was under 20 ringitt.
