Pak Raja Villas

I love it. My family loved it. Such a good deal and comfortable stay. Worth it and highly recommended. When we travel, we don't really stay in the room, so the villa is sufficient for rest, sleep and rejuvenation for next day of activities.
The paddy field seemed to not be well managed but there were still a bit of greenery with strong winds.
No cooking but can make Maggi or reheat meals in microwave. Water heater available (do bring own toiletries), WiFi available, TV with minimal astro and air-conditioning in rooms only. Our TV initially couldn't be turned on so after 1 call, the TV was tested and changed immediately.There is a common pool, a BBQ pit and eating area by the pool too. There is food nearby, walking distance or more choices if you have transportation.
Travelling wise about 20-30mins to attraction areas (Chenang beach, wildlife park, island hopping). We will come again, InsyaAllah. Tq host. Oh and there are cats and may enter the house as they please 😆😆💕💕

Pak Raja Villa is a private villa compound which contains 10 villas. Each villa has 3 bedroom complete with Astro njoy, living room, dinner area and kitchen. The furniture are all tastefully imported teakwood.

Pak Raja Villa is equipped with multipurpose hall, swimming pool, Japanese garden and outdoor dining area with BBQ fireplace. The overall compound is perfect for family gathering or company event.

But the best part is the paddy village surrounding Pak Raja Villa. When the sun sets, the view was breathtaking.

For those wanting a home away from home, this is the place to be.! Surrounded by padi fields and scenic mountain backdrop some distance away.
It has facilities to host events such as wedding reception, birthday party and even management retreat.
There are aplenty of food stalls nearby.
It's only about 15 minutes away from the airport.
Above all, it's service with a smile..

Owner and his family are incredibly nice and generous. The room was filled with amenities to make our visit as convenient as it is having your own home. The views are beautiful and humbling. Great place for remote working or just a great escape from the city. Will come back again.

Clean and spacious villa.the view of paddy field surrounded the villa is definitely a remedy for a sore eyes. Very peaceful, however its a bit far from public amenities

A different view of Langkawi. Not the usual paradigm of beach, sea and sky. The villas are poetic reflections of the original Kedah Permatang houses. An oasis of houses located on a promontary surrounded by vast padi fields. They blend with the landscape, built prairie style and not at all obtrusive. Gunong Raya not far away provides a magnificent backdrop.
Visitors who used to stay in those idyllic surroundings years ago, like me, may find that it's just like coming home.
Others may have different expectations.
