Atma Alam Batik Art Village

If you haven’t tried batik painting before, you need to try. My friend is a first timer, he absolutely love it! The outline was already drawn, many art piece to choose from, you just need to colour. I went on Christmas Day, not many people, we get to spend more time here. Many families are here with their children, they seemed to enjoy themselves too! :D

Atma Alam Batik Art Village has a large collection of batik products. We saw ladies and men's apparel, shoes, kids clothing and accessories. The batik is made in their own factory which we visited next to the showroom. The staff were friendly and the prices were very reasonable for the good quality of cloth and batik designs. There were modern designs besides traditional ones. They also offer a batik making session for RM 30 but we didn't have the time to try. We ended up buying for ourselves and gifts for friends.

We were specifically for Batik Coloring activity for the kids. We wanted a laid back vacation.. this is definitely on the list.
Not many people so the place was kind of quiet.
The staffs were really friendly.
The ambience was calm and quiet too.
The have a range of crafts for you to purchase - batik, songket, shirt, scarf, wall deco, etc.

Truly an amazing Batik Art Village not to be missed. If you love art and you love Batik, you should definitely do the Batik painting activity. For RM30 per piece, it is a steal! Bring your children here to appreciate a Malaysian art ❤
Friendly staff and there's always something on the Sale rack. Support a good local business!

The staff were friendly and patient and weren't pushy to sell you their batik.

They taught us the basic rules of batik and then left us to paint it ourselves. It was very relaxing and calming. It took us about 1 hour and 15 minutes to paint, though it says 30 minutes. They didn't chase us either. It took about 15 minutes to dry and for them to pack the batik we painted.

All in all, a worthy experience for a cheap price of RM30

Good batik painting experience for my kids, they enjoyed very much and wife bought a batik blouse and a linen cloth. Staffs are friendly too.

This place is beautiful... Brought my kids to Apreciate our local treasure... Batik!!! The tour guide was very friendly and insightful... Here we get 2 learn from A to Z on the art of bstil making... Its not easy!!! Well, I've had fun here so does my little monkeys!! Should bring your family here at least once in their lives!

At Atma Alam, they offer a variety design of tablecloths for use in and around the home. Here you can find colourful cotton handblock table cloths with a napkin set for everyday use, disposable tablecloths for events, parties, and even fitted cloths to provide a classic look to a buffet table. You will be able to find the table cloths in a variety of sizes and prices. If you came here you must buy it to bring home. It's so cheap here with many designs.

The place for everything batik - bags, shoes, fabric, home decor, scarf, twills. Items are displayed neatly and a very clean environment. Staff are warm and friendly, happy to assist you without any pressure to sell.

Hardly write reviews but I feel this team deserves attention. Spent 2h here and they are so patient 😆 Will come by when I'm back to Langkawi ❤ Prices are the best you can find. Designs are great!

Our experience looking for some souvenirs in Langkawi for friends and selves...travel all the way up north to teluk yu ..thought we will see some good options, selections of handicrafts...to my surprise..overpriced. travel back to Padang Mat Sirat to pick up our loss luggage..stopover at Atma Alam...my good lord. Very nice place, well presented, clean...the best of all ...hand drawn Batik collection were top perfect and not ver prices.... Malaysian and Foreign travelers..do give your full support to this beautiful place. I really admire this place...you surely be as well.

It's the perfect place for batik lovers cause you can find everything and anything in batik. And there's even activities you can do while visiting. The staffs also friendly in guiding us.

Surprisingly large complex. Great place to gain experience of Batik, if you are not aware of the process. Huge selection of goods, at what appeared to be reasonable prices.

Gorgeous motorbike ride out and very beautiful pieces. Very nice staff. At 150 ringgit for a men's shirt they are pricey compared to what you get by the mall for 50, but you get what you pay for. This is locally made, high quality work. They showed me the workshop too and explained the process of how they make it. I hope to visit again someday.

Beautiful batik designs, excellent paintings and other arts and craft products. Makes for excellent memories and supports local artists. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended.

For batik lovers or simply for curious people, you can come learn the way it's done and admire the dexterity of the artists there, impressive!
