Most of time free only so we can send our courier service on rapidly. Spacious and convenient ambiences of calm atmosphere. Counters are free available on token system. Token machine near counter 1 as per our services. And it's cost efficient and affordable for domestic services.

Renewed my road tax. Barely took 10minutes. Super efficient. Fast moving counter services & extremely friendly and efficient staffs. Surely deserve all the credits!

Went there today to renew my roadtax and driving license, the staff that help me was very helpful and patience. She calmly explained to me that I need to activate my insurance and then proceed to process my roadtax, even when I make her wait a while when to reactivate my car insurance. Thank you kind lady for being patience with me :)

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the services provided by the staff here & would definitely come again ..

One of the 'major' pos office that I go to when need some stuff to be done. Usually renew roadtax etc. Not too crowded and nice environment.

Easy place for your many business regarding postage or renewal of license. Got parking spot for easy park. Free parking if you park less than 15 minutes.

24/2/2021 @ 2.30 PM: I just renew my driving license and it took 5 mins to clear. No crowd at all coz no renewal of road tax. I was informed that crowd come from renewal of road tax. So peeps😀no crowd until April! Yeay!

Only Pejabat POS in Penang island that I know that able to renew vehicle road tax. Other branches didn't offer this service anymore

This premise has a cover walkway. So you are not grilled under the sun while queuing for entry due to standard operating procedure ( SOP) Covid 19 pandemic control. Some of the outlets may have no cover. Services are of Malaysia standard.
